GO TO THE VIDEO AT 3:47 and see how she throws her head back as part of the choreography... this is why she still competes, even though she is getting older and it’s getting more difficult.

Im just curious... Why is Yuna Kim's score still better than hers when she has skated perfectly (i think)? Whats the difference?

There are Grade of Execution (GoE) scores on each element depending on the quality of each. Things like the speed of the jumps, transitions in and out of the jumps, height of jump all impact the score they get at the end of the program. Yuna Kim overall was a more powerful skater (more speed, height, cleanliness of jumps) which got her higher scores. Program component scores (PCS) also heavily impact your score, artistry, composition, musical interpretation and Yuna was seen as a very effortless, artistic skater that mixed in high technical elements (for her time).
Mai is a talented skater but the quality of her individual elements is why she is scored lower than Yuna. Also, not to mention the scoring system is slightly different now than it was when Yuna was skating so that is also a factor.
If you're interested I would Google ISU results, you can look back at all the details of every ISU competition and see how the score is broken down. That'll be more insightful to how Mai's score is this and Yuna's was that.

Mihara is one of my favorite skaters but some of her edge jumps take off on a questionable edge (evidenced in this year's NHK trophy's score sheets) and sometimes land before the quarter on the ice resulting in a lower base value and grade of execution. Because of Yuna Kim's high quality and textbook jumps, Yuna's 6 triple programs (one triple less from Mihara's normal 7 jump programs) can still score higher. For example, if a jump receives an under-rotation (which some of these jumps had), it will suffer from a reduced base value and this will add up especially if many of your jumps are underrotated. This season, Mihara is also suffering from an injury and most of her jumps this season have received an under-rotation.
I think Mihara's strength is her elegance on the ice and her skating skills are one of the best (vs Sakamoto/Kihira) in ladies' skating which is why sometimes, I feel like she deserves way, way higher PCS. When Mihara is at her best, like she was at Worlds 2017 and Krasnoyarsk Winter Universiade 2019, she has the potential to score higher or as high as Yuna Kim. Of course, the scoring system has changed since Yuna's time but there are still comparisons worth to be made.

@@merhaba4501 but she does it beautifully. She’s dancing to the style of music she loves, and she has her favorite dance moves. Only the super fans will notice it’s the same. Most people will just see the beauty.
Is there a rule in figure skating that each program must be completely different from the year before?
Hanyu skated to THE SAME music for so many seasons. I think that is a worse crime.
