    In the last video, we talked about how I installed a 12 channel XLR snake in my home recording studio.
    For this video, I’ll be demonstrating how to finish the female end of the snake in my live room.
    Before installing the snake in my studio, I had already built the male end that would live in my control room.
    The process for constructing and soldering each side is the same, so you can repeat what you see in this video with the male end as well.

    Good day, I'm creating my own snake cable using the ethernet cable for 15m long and good for four channels. So my question is, do we really can add some resistors to less the humming sound?

    Nice vid. Where did you get the colored nylon? Where did you get the parts?

      2 sources I know of for the parts and coloured nylon (PET Techflex 1/8") :
      USA > www.redco.com/
      CANADA> www.economik.com/
      Amazon also has heat shrink and coloured nylon.
