You should show people how to do trans-matching in a ship like this (with low tracking speed). After you put your webs on the frigates is a perfect time for that. (Or you can just put it in your new 'how turrets work' video you mentioned 😋)
what the Good Old Cap is missing is that while yes it does seem to be forest camo painted on but i think its supposed to look like green and browns from a planet although if you close enough to a planet to see those colors your close enough to see its clearly not a big round planet lol!
Your motion affects tracking as well. You missed that frig with the sniper build because you were close and MWDing. Also, if you are active tanking, base HP doesn't matter as much as resists and cap efficiency do.

I heard some done skills doesnt work (speed bonuses for example). Someone tested Myrmidon with Ehp bonus and Prophecy with velocity bonus, and both set of drones were moving with exact same speed. Maybe game have some kind of troubles with loading player skills sometimes and assumes player have lvl0 (this could explain why drones sometimes dont want to attack target beyond stock 20km range).
Better to use 1 gyrostab 1 computer. It will give a chance to make 2 shots while computer active. It will be equal for 2 separate computer activation. And will increase dps. And I like gyrostab more than computer on broiler build
You need double computer to get that 100km+ effective range hot. Not so much a concern for pve, but a fleet of these makes a scary force in pvp. You can get 2 cycles during a single computer activation even without gyrostab, you just need to activate everything on the same tick which can be a bit hit or miss.
I cannot understand why in Echoes (maybe Benzie could ask devs about it), Vexor crusier got around 2400cap whileMyrmidon battlecrusier only 2700 cap, while in Online, same Vexor have 1450 cap and Myrmidon 2900 (bc got 200% of crusier capacitor). If we take into account that some modules in Online are fully passive and dont eat cap (damage mods), others eat alot less, battlecrusiers in Echoes should have double the cap they currently got. This could make some difference along with some other balancing things they badly need. BC should be halfway between crusiers and battleships while they are just slower variants of crusiers with a bit more hp.
I like minmatar ships but I am not skilled in cannons. (I am a missiles,railguns and drones guy ) at least there are some minmatar ships who use missiles like the breacher and the bellicose
good ship but i still cant manage to use gist C strike cannon on SFI due to high power grid usage LOL , brawler stabber still my fav fitting so far 5 gist C auto cannon , adaptive reactive booster and aura stabilizer on low , 2 nos 1 web enough for story and anomalies ^^

ahh yea unless you have a cynabal or bc it isnt that easy 3 months ago i was just like you i was a miner and i was not rich at all then my corp advised me too move in to null sec i did a couple deadspaces and inqis anoms and made 500 mill that night with my fleet soooo yea starting out solo is hard if you have a good ship you should have no trouble making isk now i make isk solo i have a cyclone a fairly affordable ship for doing special anoms and i also have a phantasm for stories
I’ve been using a Stabber FI for a while now. I tend to separate my strike cannons into stacks of 2 & 3. Still find I can alpha strike most PVE frigates and it means you’re not wasting effort, speeding up the ratting/story encounter. What’s your thoughts on that? Split stacks or weapons or full stacks? I’ve found the insane speed of MWD has saved me being ganked numerous time’s, with the long range also making it harder to be locked down.
Nice speed with the micro been using a med smug for thrust about 830 on speed as for guns auto republics with med missile does good get the occasional 1000+ hit but I still need to work out the shield and armor but at 17km I can balance it out and up to 23 can work just slower kill
@@captainbenzie understandable. But here's something to think about. You have time stamps in your description so they can skip to what they want to learn. And also if they think its to long they can always stop watching after the first build is shown. Now here's an idea for you. If you feel the video is already long but you could showcase a 2nd load out (like this video for example) you could always make a 2nd small video that just does a very quick snowing of the build (link the main video) then show the game play of that build it would be maybe 10min video. I know thats alot more work so would understand if you don't do it.
Speaking of shields and armor captain i got a question im a shield user but i have my eyes on the gallente ships at tier 8 like the talos it might change but it's what i have on my mind (mainly Pve) i know it's still long way but is it possible to shield tank these ships ? i feel like shields are just overall better
Counter fits are basically anything that's fast and has webs. Dessies and frigs generally do well. Even autocannons struggle with close and fast targets
assault frigs would counter all sniper built ships, as they just hit the damage control, and 18 secs of immunity while closing, and boom, at close range you're on ur own turf, that pointy strike cannons is useless now, unless webbed, and even then with all tracking comp they'll just manage a shot, so with good timing you could activate damage control and render more than half of the damage ineffective, well unless someone goes overboard and hook up full 5 tracking comp

This is a very old video, but all these modules are still there and neither the ships nor modules were nerfed. There are newer modules that can make this better, but if you're struggling to fit, check your skills, specifically Cruiser Engineering
You don't understand Minmatar ships. IN RUST WE TRUST! Green is the natural colour of the metal alloy used .. the brown is the RUST!!! It is not a real Minmatar ship if there is no rust. (In game joke based on how all the original ships were constructed from parts found in discarded, wrecked or stolen ships)
I would go with the burst aerator instead of collision accelerator, allows for a second volley with the tracking comp still going.

Set your keep at range to 200km, press that button before the next gun cycle is up.

looking back at this and seeing the 300 dps with ac's... then looking at my screen and seeing 600 cold lol

Yes, it can shoot to 240km :) Thats how I runned Angel or Devil in the early days, after the first aggro change patch.

Just move straight away (approach to 60km) with MWD on.. you hit every time ;)

You spend so much time on how these look when no one really looks at them close enough when in combat to really make a difference.

Almost none of this works in 2023 literally every single module has changed. This set up is impossible in 2023
