Nancy's message to the future Prime Minister

Nancy has been a professional nurse for 50 years, and a full time unpaid carer for her husband for the past 8. She's found this challenging psychologically, mentally and physically. It took her a long time to realise she was a carer, and found it surprising how difficult it can be to find the support she needed from the health system, especially as someone who knew it so intimately.
With a General Election coming up on July 4 2024, we wanted to know what message Nancy had for the future Prime Minister. This is what she had to say.
