Bam is an absolute fuck head. Virtually everyone that’s been around him will tell you that. Doesn’t deserve parents like them. At least they can hold their heads high for Jesse. He grew up

Reminds me of such a happy period in life. Friends and I getting our licenses and driving ourselves to skate spots. CKY was the soundtrack to our lives. Losing our minds watching the three CKY movies over and over. Showing them to our parents laughing at their reactions. Take my advice kids. Being an adult is way overrated so enjoy not having responsibilities.
Much respect to Raab for how he handled this interview. Could have easily grilled them about Bam for an hour but its so much better and more interesting to find out more about them.
Two of the most genuine and warm people on the planet. I didn’t miss an episode of Viva La Bam. Man, I miss those times. Even while I was watching I knew that it was a time period I’d end up missing. If I had parents like this I probably would have actually made something out of my life. This is really great.
Living in Southern Chester County makes these way better because you get a complete picture of exactly where these stories happen. Pretty dope to listen to
Phil and April remind me of my best friend's parents when I was growing up. They were like a second set of parents that inspired creativity. Took me and my bud to the skate park, let us build ramps in the back yard, bought us musical equipment and pushed us to always pursue our passions.

Can you please convince dico to come on here!!! Even if it's for 10 mins
He doesn't want to come on the podcast. Please respect that.
@@GASH_one respect deez

@@forcingfate What's so funny?
Got em!!
I clicked this so fast! Raab! Love ya bro key key aaaarrrrrrr
Same here. I clicked so fast!!!
The only person not brain dead
Key key wan a piece a meat
Reminds me of such a happy period in life. Friends and I getting our licenses and driving ourselves to skate spots. CKY was the soundtrack to our lives. Losing our minds watching the three CKY movies over and over. Showing them to our parents laughing at their reactions. Take my advice kids. Being an adult is way overrated so enjoy not having responsibilities.
Much respect to Raab for how he handled this interview. Could have easily grilled them about Bam for an hour but its so much better and more interesting to find out more about them.
Iit helps that he was one of Phil and Ape's unofficial children.
Why would he grill them about bam? The interview is about themselves?? Only a werdio like you would bring up dumb things for sh*ts & giggles....
Two of the most genuine and warm people on the planet. I didn’t miss an episode of Viva La Bam. Man, I miss those times. Even while I was watching I knew that it was a time period I’d end up missing. If I had parents like this I probably would have actually made something out of my life. This is really great.
There looking good. Glad to see they are both around still. Americas mom and dad.
The two most patient parents in the world ❤
love how they still live in that same house still lol
Right?! I'm sure Bam has offered them a new home during all the massive success,, but they probably just wanted to stay HOME! Awesone people.
Bam bought that house when he got his first jackass check from MTV. There’s way too much sentimental value to that property to move away from it.
Bought for 400k in 2001. Why sell now? The move alone would be a pain in the ass.

If it wasn't for Phil and April, my generation would've missed out on so much awesome content
Living in Southern Chester County makes these way better because you get a complete picture of exactly where these stories happen. Pretty dope to listen to
Bam, sending good vibes your way.
Bam isn't here bro.
Virtue signal elsewhere Grant
Hell ya man. Hoping the best for him.
@@hankdapper8239 Your comment is so ironic and negative it's almost comical.
We need a part 2 to this. I could listen to them forever. Ape and Phil rule
so wholesome. my second family growing up and its so amazing how awesome and humble you guys are
Phil and April remind me of my best friend's parents when I was growing up. They were like a second set of parents that inspired creativity. Took me and my bud to the skate park, let us build ramps in the back yard, bought us musical equipment and pushed us to always pursue our passions.
What genuinely wonderful people. I always thought these people were nothing but wholesome and loving, thank you for showing this in an honest interview.
Seeing you guys riff made me feel nostalgic and entertained at the same time, thank you for sharing this brother. Your ability has an endless potential to grow, I pray nothing but peace and prosperity for you and yours my friend.
6 Dislikes are sad that Phil and April aren't their parents.
Really wanted to hear more from Phil but Ape is still a great listen
phil is chill
wakefielddevin haha yes I love Phil margera! He’s super chill so I’ll take what he said as what he would have said anyway lol
Awesome podcast Raab! Phil and april are such nice people and growing up watching you guys really helped me out deal with being the black sheep. You guys had such a childhood and a family together that it something ive never had but one day have something like this for my future family. You guys had it man. The family and support makes all the difference and phil and april where so vital to all of this. Thanks for the laughs over the years and making me feel like i was part of the cky crew even though i wasnt lol it was nice knowing that my crew is out there somewhere lol. Awesome stuff!
Chris looks great. What an infectious laugh he’s got.
one of the saddest and toughest things about watching bams downfall is the pain these two great humans have to endure because of it...hope things get better for all involved soon.
I think Raab has his microphone and computer mic on..... definitely some phase issues on his voice.. still a great video though!!!! Love the podcast!!
It’s driving me nuts. I think his laptop mic is the dominating mic too. It’s a shame cause it can turn me, along with others, off to this interview.
Sounds more like Phil's mic is picking up his voice.
Agreed, it's driving me crazy
Sounds like it fixes after a little while in. I’m past 30 mins now and it’s better
I'm glad I saw this comment cause I was worried it was my headphones lol
I needed this, missing the good ol’ Jackass, CKY, Viva La Bam days 🖤🖤🖤Love!!!
Best Parents In America Right Here… There all of our Parents!
This episode kinda warms my heart ✌️
Best one yet, never get tired of hearing phil and april talk
As a 24 year old, Ape and Phil were always my favorite television couple when I was a teenager. They felt like my parents, even though I lived on the other side of the U.S. I miss those days watching Viva La Bam on MTV, skateboarding with friends, and trying to imitate the Jackass crew. So much laughter and so many good memories.
Eddie R What are you on about? I’m definitely not a rabid liberal. Shouldn’t judge just on looks, eh? I haven’t woken up to a string of more random comments in my life, so bravo.
@Eddie R Cool. That was my senior photo of me at a ski resort by my house.
Eddie R fucktard
I imagine Raab forgot a mic stand for himself, then April (ever prepaired) knew that she had that thing that would work perfectly
I wouldn't have thought to look if you hadn't said anything!
That's totally what happened! 😂
She's a macgyver mom.
Hey Chris, I’m blown away by how far you’ve come and by your platform. Much love, brother!
Whys the audio make me feel like I’m trippin on acid?
Phase issues because he's coming through their mic too and the buffer rate is high causing latency. At least that's what it sounds like to me.
Maybe you are
You say that like it’s a problem lol
basic fucking podcasting, i can barely listen too it lol
@@karlbailey2113 fucking 48 episodes, all echo lol
Thinking of you Bam, hope all is well Brother... 🤘✌
This is a great podcast 😊 there is always the one set of your friends parents where they are like your second parents where you feel safe and open and it's such a lovely feeling xx
Guess I'm not going to bed for another hour. Thanks for another upload Raab!
as a person who thrived off of these guys growing up, it was so cool to watch this podcast and get to hear how the guys came up and became what they are now. suuuuuuch a good watch
the amount that April and Phil did for their kids, truly amazing parents
Love that burger on the kitchen tile. 😂 I wonder if Phil still have any of his burger clothes left.
pretty sure it is not a burger - it is a melon with a segment cut out 🤯
@@Blarm lmao dude it looks like both if ya look at it long enough
To me it looks like the burger stickers that they ironed to Phil’s clothes! But the again my screen is a bit broken so I wouldnt swear on it!
