    Very nice breakdown. You were able to talk while squatting, I'm impressed.
    One thing you might have mentioned is the breathing and exploding from the bottom. 😃 😎 🇺🇸

    What Cardio Training would you recommend. Running is often recommended but i‘m thinking if I want to get better in fighting why the fuck should I run. Is it not better doing somer fighting related exercise like shadowboxing for a long time. I‘m mean in the end it is about training your vascular and circulation system isn‘t it?
