Cool, but I'm of course still a bit skeptical. This building is only really carbon-neutral on an electricity standpoint. First there is probably a high environmental cost to building this building in the first place. Then you've got the fast food court, probably serving a lot of meat and other environmentally distressing foods. No building will probably ever be completely carbon neutral and TU Delft did do a good job but it's not as perfect as they might make it seem.
