was walking up that same path yesterday eddy whole back end of the Humphrey been deforested that part of the path is mangled I ended up just camping in the forest as the path was a quagmire what ever they used to cut the trees has wrecked the path, great seeing you out and about in the Kilpatrick hills.

It's a great walk with plenty of options. There's the baggage service and plenty of accommodation/campsites and wildcamping spots. It's pot luck with the weather and midges/ticks.

A good walk in Eddie, didn't see Stew filming once. No scran when out on the hills is not good practice mate, you know that, bad drills Eddie, the body don't like it mate.
Yes it's not good practice Paul, got what I deserved. I always put my sensible head on for more hardcore camps though. ATB
