@@theotherdashmelted if you just say that without trying then you actually wouldn't improve. I'd you actually try it's gonna take less and less time each time you try to do something in the editor.
Same stuff. I has been trying and trying to do something looking less disgusting since i started to play GD in 1.9. Actually, I can do nice 1.9 level, but who in 2.1 cares? It seems i'm better in slayering demons than in building demons.
Iv'e been playing Geometry Dash since i was a little kid and let me tell you, it took time aka years to learn how to build levels, obviously as we experiment and play around with building levels, we learn and all i know is how to use the "move and alpha" triggers as well as other triggers and other things but i don't know to much about block design nor crazy effects like the glowing beams that go up and down to spice up the level. This tutorial was beyond amazing and you sharing every other creators secrets and sharing them to the Geometry Dash community is very thoughtful of you and very wholesome of you! I very much appreciate this! Haven't played GD in over months due to the fact that many other games and things have caught my attention and with quarantine in the way they should of released the update way earlier but i think they are going to release it sometime during xmas! So i am getting back into GD to create some levels and getting ready for 2.2! Thanks again bro! You deserve well over 50k views on this video as you explain the whole process throughout making an amazing detailed level and how it works! Much Love! Sorry if this was to long to read lol, just spreading love! (btw i subbed and i'm soo exited to watch your other tutorials! i have notis on so i can watch every video you post! Active sub here Pog!)
I absolutely love you for doing these. I've been building for 3 years but made no progress, and this basically sums up the core of glow design. And also, thank you for demonstrating a whole segment instead of just one structure. This tutorial is so great and I would definitely recommend it to my friends! Hope you the best in life!
I love you dude. I started creating after completing 700 levels but still can't get anything After watching this you really helped me a lot with the editor tool
You’re definitely one of the best GD commentators when it comes to building. Very entertaining and funny, I would definitely like to see more of these types of videos! :) Good luck for the work ahead on YT and GD! Thanks a lot for this video. 😇
I subbed man, your like the only person on youtube that shows tutorials of a full part on a collab and also uses my favorite block design. Keep it up man. Hope you get a lot of subs one day :)
Hey man absolutely fantastic video. I just have one question. DO you recommend putting each part of the block deco on different layers or does that overcomplicate things? Also, for someone who is trying to get their first rated level (I make lots of layouts that but just never decorate them ) is it better to make an easy level or can I just start creating demons? I've heard mods are very picky about sending hard levels. Thanks!
Yes, put it on different layers. I mainly put it on the same layer for demonstration purposes and in my opinion it is easier to just go for a level of easy demon difficulty because it gives you a lot of freedom when it comes to gameplay which could allow you to decorate things much more nicer.
Although I don't speak much English, I must say that this boy has taught me a lot and in such a clear, simple and special way that for me he is honestly an incredible creator. Thank you very much friend I hope you get very very far
guys can someone explain to me how i put glow ontop of blocks. I have a white base, and when i make a laser thingy, and try to put it ontop of it, it goes behind it. the glow is on the t3 and block on bg2. Glow is blending. i am clueless
