The gauge says it’s good and full when the car is off but then when I start my car and turn the ac on it drops all the way to empty. Then when I turn the car off it goes back up to full, what does this mean?? (95 civic)
Are you using a ac manifold or one of the little ac gauges on a can filler?
What was your superheat at when you finished?
I was around the 220 mark, and remember it's all gonna vary on your location with temperature if it's 80 degrees with 80 percent humidity or 100 with 100 you need to adjust to your area rule of thumb was even with big truck 3500 ac you want to stay below the 250 on high side range because it goes up when driving and running! Thanks for watching!
@@WhitehouseFarmVet the superheat was surely not 220. It wouldn't cool.
220-243 PSI is a standard high side pressure range for an air conditioner's high pressure side at an outside temperature of 85°F
@@WhitehouseFarmVet I asked what your superheat was not what your high side pressure was.
