That one woman who called the cops on her BF while he was filming her is an idiot. He was literally filming the entire encounter, meaning that he had evidence that any claims she made about him would be false. Best case scenario, the cops don't do anything. Worst case? SHE gets arrested for calling the cops when they weren't needed.
With the last woman... there is "psychology" that applies to her "punishing herself" by letting someone treat her like crap and use her. That PART could be true. However, as unhealthy as that is, that does not mean she didn't hurt him too. I'm not in her head but either a) she only thinks about herself and decided she needed to be treated poorly as punishment, and completely failed to consider how it would affect him... very unhealthy. Or b) she was caught lying and decided to cheat again to punish him (or both) for him confronting her... also very unhealthy. In short, she needs effing help, dude run! Don't look back, don't talk, just run. Keep running until you can't hear her screams and run some more.
Sorry, liking that comment seemed wrong and I'm also sorry for your experience. Good that they're your ex, because once someone has done that they have a higher chance of repeating it. You're certainly not alone, if that helps.
