I remember when Kerosene/John Pegg used to do perfume reviews on UA-cam under the name Kerosenetrewthe. Really glad his fragrance line is still going strong.

I find this an incredibly relaxing/cosy fragrance on a cold rainy day, Blackmail is also fantastic!
I love this scent, I can wear this all year...but it does not stay forever on my skin...but it's just a lot of fun and enjoyable

Wow, I happen to have a sample of this right here and sprayed it on as I watched the video. My 3rd wearing. I agree with your assessment almost entirely, only differing in that to me it seems like a summer scent. I like it very much--after the dry down, but its not in the realm of scents I personally want to use to express myself. The opening, while very nice, is too sweet and too lemony for me. It reminds me of a wonderful and expensive candle I once smelled and wondered why someone hadn't made into a perfum. I'm happy to know this fragrance exists but its not for me. It's very unisex but whenever I smell it it brings to mind a friend of mine; a cool girl, fun, free spirited and professional at the same time, very fair complected, blonde hair, a fashions buyer for a department store in northern California. She always just knows what's chic and cool. It smells like her. This would be her favorite perfum. It seems to me to express her way of being; the mixture of bright lemony and sweet creaminess and maple/woody put together in a luxurious way. This scent might be sexier on females than males. Very sexy for a female.
As both a fragrance collector and Joy Division lover, this one was incredibly underwhelming in my opinion. 😔 If you are a gourmand perfume person, you'll probably like it though. Just don't expect it to smell like anything that could be even remotely related to the band it got it's name from.

Did you ever have a chance to try Sweetly Known? I think it sits right between Follow and Unknown Pleasures, and the whole dry-down journey is really fascinating, ending in a kind of burnt spun sugar, even though it's really quite acrid at the opening. Would love to see a review of it. Also, I just tried Unforsaken today and would be interested in your review of that too. I loved it, perhaps too sweet for you based on what I've gathered from your reviews. Thanks again for your wonderful channel.
There is no other fragrance I own that receives compliments like Sweetly Known. People stop me all day long when I wear it. Mind blowing.

Hello Aaron, I wondered if you could give me/us some tips on storing fragrances. Because I read that they should be kept with constant 12 degrees celsius in a dark place, but this seems kind of complicated. I‘m really interested in your opinion🦄

It sounds like a well-crafted fragrance but like yourself I’m not a super fan of super sweet fragrances. I personally like the more darker woodsy, Oriental, spicy type fragrances so although I’d love to smell it I probably wouldn’t wear it either. That’s why I love watching your reviews because we have similar tastes. Although some of the ones that you don’t like I do but that’s the great thing about fragrance is we all like different things and it’s OK.

I've never smelled this one, but I have a sample of Follow and really like it but at the same time it verges on too sweet for me, so I wonder if I'd like this one. There seems to be different kinds of sweetness in perfumes. For instance, everyone says that Rose All Dae by Gallagher Fragrances is very sweet, but I dont really get that. I think you would like that one a lot, and I'd send you a sample from my bottle, but the customs shipping would be expensive. I'll send you a sample pack at some point with multiple samples so I dont waste the shipping.
