The shot at the very end at 3:53:45 of the flashing “Twins Win” sign on the top of the under construction Wells Fargo tower gives me a lump in my throat to this very day.
3:30:44. The moment that set off a celebration across the entire state of Minnesota and most of the Upper Midwest.
the cardinals had a great 6 year run in the whitey Herzog era, after this world series it came to an end no more pennants
I enjoy these replay videos of the WS games. Mostly for the vintage commercials. Thanks!
Such a beautiful and simplar time. I fell asleep during game 7 for both 87 and 91 and I didnt realize how important it would be. I was woken up for the celebration but I didnt think it would be 2024 and no MN mens pro team has won anything since. I have the 91 series on DVD so its nice to relive it but its not the same. Come on MN mens teams, too many of us have passed away without seeing a championship.

Minnesota Twins Pitching Was Better Than Our Pitching.
This mark the first time if I’m not mistaken they introduce the locker room and hats
What a horrible blown call on Tommy Herr being called out at first base in the 6th inning. It’s plays like that and Denkinger’s blown call in the ‘85 World Series that we now have instant replay.
1:55 and 15:42 Here comes the ABC theme!
1:53:00. Holy Crap. How many deciding world series games in the 80's did the Cardinals get shafted on a call at first base? Another Denkinger like miss at first by an umpire.
3:51:46 cue the last music of the montage
Will you be uploading the 1988 World Series games with Costas pregame?
I just looked at Game 1. The recording seems corrupted, so I'll have to do it again.
@@StephensBaseballArchives Thanks. Looking forward to it.
