Reason: Silicone rubber reacts and turns into peel yellow internally, not outer surface. So nothing will change on the outer layer.

because this yellowness is internal and itt wont go away.. it is the nature of this silicone cover to turn yellow overtime..
The cost to clean is more than buy a new phone case..

Apply the hydrogen peroxide cream that women use when dyeing hair and leave it in the sun. Or keep it in a transparent container with 12% hydrogen peroxide solution and wrap it with an ultraviolet LED. Then wrap the container with aluminum foil, cover it and turn on the leds. It will be as before in 12 hours. Option 2 applies to all yellowed plastics.
Try with H2SO4 as well it will be milky white
