- Pure Drive & exhaust Sound of the all-new 2021 / 2022 CUPRA Leon 300 powered by the 300 hp & 400 Nm 2.0 TSI (total weight: 1490 kg). This car actually has a very similar drivetrain to the Golf 8 GTI Clubsport and we of course wanted to find out if it sounds similar. This particular car only had 1.500 km on the clock so I guess it will get louder over time. But please watch yourself and tell me your thoughts! @@aur3l1 As far as I know it has something to do with fuel getting into the cylinders while still applying throttle, though I don’t really remember how exactly it happens

Hab ihn seit Dienstag. 89dB Standgeräusch bei 3750 Umdrehungen stehen im Schein. Die Pops & Bangs sind natürlich lauter.

Sound good for 2021 car , she needs full milltak exhaust system and to delete the opf filter , soft limiter 💯🔥 that's for sure , but overall it's great monster with perfect design , spacially the interior , they did great job 💎✨

Ich hab den Leon 5F ST FR 1.8, der hat sich wie ein Elektro Auto angehört und dank FMS hat sich dies verändert

wäre interessant, wenn so einer auch als Schalter kommt. Find das immer amüsant, wenn die ganzen Leute auf Automatik schwören, aber nur grad aus Gas geben können ^^
Ein automatisiertes Schaltgetriebe ist aber halt auch in so vielen Bereichen sinnvoll💁🏻♂️
@@blubber093 für mich spielt es kein Rolle , ob ich 1sek schneller bin, 1L weniger verbrauch oder sonst was durch die Automatik. Mir fehlt der Fahrspaß bei einem Automatik. Vielleicht ändert sich meine Meinung, sobald ich 60+ bin, oder mein linkes Bein verlier. 🤷♂️

Grundsätzlich besteht ja die Möglichkeit manuell in den Schaltprozess einzugreifen.
Ich finde es nur unglaublich umständlich, in gewissen Situationen.
Nehme ich mal alle Komfort-Vorteile raus, dann würde ich immer noch mit der Verkehrssicherheit argumentieren.
Ich fahre selbst gerne sportlich, und das auf Landstraßen.
Wenn dort die Strecke kurvenreich und hügelig ist, habe ich meine rechte Hand sehr oft an der Schaltung.
Dort fühle ich mich allerdings sicherer, wenn ich meine zweite Hand am Lenkrad hätte.
Ich kann Leute tolerieren die es gerne manuell machen (klingt erstmal so hart, ist aber nicht so gemeint), allerdings spricht für mich kein Grund dafür.
Ich begrüße es, dass immer mehr Hersteller auf das automatisierte Schaltgetriebe setzen.

Finde die Pops direkt am Anfang mega und das kleine dsg Furzen ist auch ganz nett :)
Bin den Formentor gefahren, ist ja quasi alles gleich. Innen ist wenn dui Cupra Modus anhast ein "v8" zu hören.. sonst ist er eher leise.
Im Cupra Modus wird ein Soundgenerator eingeschaltet, also denke wird eher künstlicher sein. Viele stecken den auch einfach ab.
Ganz okay, dürfte aber gerade als Spitzenmodell schon etwas aggressiver klingen.
Imagine this car was RWD.
LOL, gotta love all those wankers complaining about the car's exhaust sound. As if any new coming european 4-potter were any louder. Just get it straight-piped and stfu, this car is more refined and capable at its price range than any other.

The sound is... okay. Loud is not allowed anymore, especially in Germany. You just have the bass and some pops. Nothing more. To be honest my Leon 1.4 TSI with Duplex FSM exhaust and modified stock intake is louder and sounds better when warm.

Kann ich nicht sagen ob’s die selbe AGA ist. Grundsätzlich ist der Leon ja auch sportlicher abgestimmt als der Formentor.
@@Automann-TV welche Settings sind denn da anders, ich mein der Formentor ist ja eig die erste eigene „eigenkreation“ von Cupra. Eig ist das doch deren Aktuelles Topmodell.

The Old Cupra looks outdated on the in and outside. A aftermarket exhaust could fix the Sound Problem

I have the 2019 version 290 copper edition and it have opf , got res delete sound got a bit better, but planing for a catless downpipe with a ecu+tcu tune.

@@philipprobst1783 i dont know about ur car but try putting in sport or cupra mode that enable the pops and bangs let the exhaust heat up and try from 3-4 k rpm put it in manual hit it till 4k then release gas pedal
@@philipprobst1783 4Drive VZ is always the Cupra Leon ST and the ST has another exhaust system. No pops, bangs, whatsoever.
@@exoroxx No i have him now over 2 Months ye no Sport Exhaust but bangs and pops are possible and not silent so iam fine with it.

vorne top hinten flop, da gefällt mir der 5F wesentlich besser.
Finde ich genau andersrum :D Finde die front beim 5F vorne hübscher und mag das Heck beim neuen :D Das Innenleben fand ich beim 5F auch hübscher gelöst, das neue Display steht halt hervor und ist ein Trend den ich nicht verstehe (mega hässlich).
@@DragonFX90 ja da gebe ich vollkommen recht das neue display finde ich auch nicht schön gelöst :D aber zum glück sind ja Geschmäcker verschieden :D

Nein der Leon 300 hat keine Klappenanlage wie der Formentor, im direkten Vergleich ist er aber lauter und mehr auf Krawall ausgelegt.
