Check my verna petrol 1.6 conical air fiter installation video.. the end of the black flexipipe is the throttle... clean it with throttle body cleaner spray and and a piece of cloth..
Just used a plastic cap of some random bottle.. eye spray caps may be of same size. I understood your specific need as its hard to get any object of same size to block the pipe..
@@afteroffice_yt Never required. Not in a 2013 Hyundai i30 with 1.6 CRDi engine. Hyundai Australia technical confirm this. No de carboning is required on these for the life of the engine. Ours has 172,000 KM's. Never been cleaned. For a laugh took it to local mechanic and had inlet manifold, rocker cover, EGR PCV, inlet valves etc and everything was a light grey. Hyundai run a dual DI system every cold start. Some of the raw Diesel is sprayed into the inlet manifold and over the inlet valves. These get an inlet "wash" every time you cold start them. However as service manual states. ONLY 100% full synthetic 5W30 every 7,500 KM's and ONLY premium Vortex Diesel fuel must be used. Cheers.
Hello, I have a little bit of oil coming into the intercooler of my d4fb engine (1.6 crdi 16v), would it be the oil coming in from the oil vapor return? can I suppress the return of oil vapor by a container which will collect the return of oil vapor ??? will this prevent the oil from going into the intercooler ??? I am tired of disassembling the intercooler and the intake manifold to clean them because of the oil the trouble is also that the oil which arrives in the intake manifold goes to the valves of the engine. how to permanently prevent this? while improving the operating conditions of the engine, would it be with a container that collects the oil vapors? how to do on crdi engine ??? d4fb.

Sir my verna diesel has run 27k kms am facing black smoke issue , kindly suggest me the solution for the same
Black smoke from exhaust... clean intake manifold and see... if problem still there, take it to mechanic for cleaning egr

How to completely open EGR and Intake manifold?
You have to open intake manifold and egr, nuts are there.. better do it in a garage.
When to clean EGR valve as my verna driven 14k till now
After 40k plus... when u see black smoke..
That engine is shot!!! Sounds NOTHING like my 1.6 CRDi.
