In your example, rotation speed is based on FPS ? On 144hz screen, the animation will turn faster right?

ah no.. actually, as far as I can remember, the _controller.value goes from 0 to 1 in 10 seconds, so imo it basically goes from 0 degress to 360 degress based on time... independent of frames... not sure tho
