Dear Milan Board and Staff,
We used to have at least 5-6 world class players from 1980-2005. Now we literally have ZERO world class players. Even Leao who is Milan's best player is worse than Zlatan and Zlatan was barely good enough to make first squad. We now have 5-6 mid players and 5-6 trash players. None of the players could ever get into the first team in any Premier League team or our starters wouldn't even make Inter's bench. Not only our manager and players are all trash but the scouters and recruiters are even more incompetant. None of the players can keep possession for their life, have any vision, team work, passing skills, no football intelligence, no emotional control, no discipline, and quite frankly ALL 11 starters have no idea what they are doing until the 80th minute. EVERY SINGLE GAME. I have been a Milan fan since 1994 and have not RESPECTED A SINGLE PLAYER or have been WOWED BY ANY PLAYER not once in the past 20 years. Even Zlatan who I always thought was overrated was borderline bench material and even Zlatan is better than our current squad and Zlatan is definitely not world class. Our starters are even worse than Zlatan. If fact they are all THUGGISH and SELFISH like Zlatan but even worse. How does the Milan board and staff not know this after 20 years and still recruiting flops and trash/overrated players from low-mid table teams. We need world class players and team players like De Bruyne, Son, Modric and world class managers like Pep or Ancelotti. Not selfish low class players who lose possession and lose control of their emotions. I can barely watch a world class player like CR7 lose their temper. I cannot bare watching 11 trash selfish players lose their temper. It's like the Milan players think they are world class. Please replace not only Pioli but EVERY SINGLE PLAYER. Pulisic, Calabria, Giroud, Leao, Adli, Theo, Bennacer, Thiaw, Loftus Cheek, the entire defense are ALL overrated and strait up useless. Just watch our "best" players Leao. Even Leao losses the possession 99.9% of the time. How is that the "best" player. Milan's squad and manager are pretty much on par with an amateur Sunday League team. I am ashamed to be a Milan fan. Actually I am even more ashamed at our board and higher-ups for firing Maldini and setting up and building a team for failure. This is what happens when Milan doesn't evolve like other teams and keep the same old school mindset. All Milan looks for is individual skills and physical. Nothing else. We need 11 modrics not 11 unskilled zlatans. Before you replace our manager and squad, please fire yourselves. Milan board is exactly like the KFA board. Incompetent and should take 99% of the blame for Milan's downhill battle since the mid 2000s. Why are you not picking up world class players and managers but overrated nobody's or thrown away trash from mid-low table teams? Do you realize the trash players from City got to Chelsea. The trash players from Chelsea come to Milan? Do you think any player in Milan could even make the 1st squad for a division 2 team? Leao would never make 1st squad in any top team. In fact, our best player Leao would not even make bench in any top team. When did Milan go from 11 world class player team to 0 world class player team? WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY SINGLE WORLD CLASS PLAYER SINCE 2005. IT IS 2024 NOW. IT HAS BEEN 19 YEARS AND THE MILAN BOARD HAS NOT SCOUTED ONE SINGLE WORLD CLASS PLAYER OR MANAGER. 19 YEARS OF INCOMPETENCE. Why are the other 1.67 million Milan fans not saying the same thing as me? I have no idea. No wonder Milan hasn't changed but has been going downhill for the past 20 years. Because the fans and board never change. Never will. BTW my church pastor plays better soccer than our "captain" Calabria. Pulisic is trash and Calabria makes Pulisic look world class. Stop scouting cocky dumb players. Start scouting intelligent humble players. Stop scouting selfish low vision players with egos. Start scouting team players who have high vision and intelligence. Stop scouting flop players from mid table teams like Chelsea and start scouting the best/top players from Bayern, Real, City or Arsenal. How do you expect to win a title or trophy by scouting players who were thrown away from mid table teams? Makes no sense.

We need to replace not only the mananger and striker but EVERY SINGLE PLAYER + our entire Milan board of staff + Milan recruiters + Milan scouters. Starting with Pulisic, Leao, Calabria, Thiaw, Adli, Theo and Loftus Cheek. Most overrated useless players in Serie A history. These players are not even bench material in 2nd division teams. Yet they are starters for Milan. Milan's current level is maybe a 3rd division team in Premier League. 20+ years of ZERO world class players. Remember kids, before you blame the manager and players, it's usually 99% of the board/higher-ups fault. Milan's board and scouters are the most incompetent. Milan's board are just a bunch of Italian 90 year olds with dementia and alzheimers. Look at all the managers and players they have been scouting for the past 20+ years. Zlatan who is considered a mid-class player elsewhere is a legend in Milan. Tells you how low the standards have become. Zlatan would never be a legend in another club, yet make the first squad in top clubs. What's even more sad is mid-class Zlatan is better than low-class Leao who is currently Milan's best player. Leao would not even make starter for a 2nd division team and is Milan's best player. I have been a Milan fan since 1994 and have not respected one SINGLE player since 2005. I knew Milan was going downhill when Zlatan was starting and the overrated selfish ego ball is considered a "legend" in Milan. What a joke. I have not only lost all respect for Milan since the mid 2000s but am ashamed to be a fan. Milan should be relegated to Serie B yet somehow they managed to secure 2nd place. I bet my life that Milan can't beat Sheffield United (the last place team in Premier League) or even tie them.
