My 7th grade daughter Raye fills in for me when I was sick to teach the basic Mendelian rules of genetics. She covers simple monohybrid and dihybrid crosses and teaches the principle of segregation, the law of dominance, and principle of independent assortment

She stated the colors correctly, just to let you know. She said the pod color- green is dominant to yellow. In the seed color, the yellow color is dominant to green. Two entirely different genes, but I can see the confusion if someone were to miss the phrase "pod color."
