Please do not purchase indus valley cast iron products as they do not exchange their products when in first use their product cracked. I have purchased a combo of tawa, karai and sauce pan with tarka pan free. When I put tawa on gas and cooked two roti and tawa cracked. I asked for an exchange but the company rejected my exchange by saying it does not come under the internal exchange policy of the company . 😮😮

Yes ,don't buy indus valley kadai.. it got cracked after first use.. it's built is good but developed a crack... Very disappointing

I applied for exchange next day after delivery but they rejected it after 15 days citing company norms.
