I think you actually look great. But I think having your period, didn't help with your mood either, so don't beat yourself up too much. Remember we also retain more fluid when we're on our period, add that the lipo procedure of course you're not gonna look or feel your best. But you give so much hope for my future procedure I'm having in April.
You need a dietician or you’ll be gaining that back in other areas. The fruit juice is Loaded with sugar if you Must eat sugar eat berries. Bananas and pineapple have too much natural sugar to eat every day. Chips are a Nono unless you’re having a cheat day. Why go through all this if you’re just going to eat whatever? Good luck.

Sugar attached to fiber aka real food is better digested by the body and also EXCELLENT choices
