Yea I dont see anywhere written in the regs where it says you can keep a fowl hooked fish in the saltwater BUT remember it’s at the game wardens discretion because they write tickets all day long for people keeping snagged chin even when fishing with lures and spoons. See it every year. They will write the ticket and make you fight it in court. I would have kept it! Better than being killed by a gillnet.
