My experiences: I ordered the same box for my family and trust me the same reaction we had after eating the food. Instantly I called them and started with scolding ( maa bhauni ek) and then they sent another box with almost all starters and biriyani.... The 2nd box taste was good. The chef called me again and took my feedback and prepare the food again and sent me. And he admitted that the food they are serving at restaurant is far good than they are delivering. After that I never ordered from BBQ nation.
Absolute barbecue ra restaurant ku jantu best food unlimited. I don't know about the packaged food but I've visited that restaurant nearly 6-7 times and it tasted very nice
