@@dgeesiogaming no different to Fishing planet and you cannot spot the fish. :( The fish are not in the lake to be seen, You need to predict it like chess. This is not fishing at all.
@@sorrowinchrist3387 99% of my catches irl are on fish that I can't see. Who cares about not being able to see the fish?
@@strikepaw1 Is this a serious question? THen go and play those simple graphic fishing game then???
@@sorrowinchrist3387 Just go back to ultimate fishing simulator or something since you need to see the fish to catch them.

I hope this works out well Ron! Fish spawning is easily the most important part and every fishing game completely neglects this. If you look at Ultimate Fishing Simulator, for example, you just go to a map that randomly drops X amount of fish 1, fish 2, fish 3, fish 4 etc. in to the water and that's it. There is no strategizing--such as looking for certain depths or water features that certain fish might allocate to--and instead the fish just roam around with no goals. I hope there is something more to The Angler than using some generic hunter vision to find what kind of fish your are looking for and instead revolves around looking for clues to where certain fish can be found: for example water banks with plenty of cover, etc.
Russian Fishing 4 kind-of-sort-of does a relatively decent job at that but also completely falls flat at the same time.

yeah i dont think its easy to make or get it as most would want and im hoping theAngler nails this as it would be a huge success. fingers crossed. we will see soon.
Fishing planet do not have fish in the water and this game will not have fish in the water.
I can't wait until Aug 31st! It looks very promising and will cure my irl fishing itch on days that I'm not able to get out. It's looking promising already.

As a keen angler myself, mainly predator sea and freshwater, Recently been concentrating on a big perch as water not far from me in North Wales has big perch 4lb+ but only managed to get a 2.9lb , Can not wait for this game and just hope the lure fishing is on point in game
congrats on the big perch. my biggest is 2 and half pounds would love to be able to fish waters with 4lb plus fish.
@@dgeesiogaming Not sure how far from north wales you are mate but the two huge bodies of water are day tickets,
I clocked in around 200+ hours in fishing planet. I really hope this game will meet my expectations. I cannot wait for 31st of August.

would be nice to see some craft in game - catch make use like some others - like make your own fly's from items you find in the wild, or bait just say'n your game sound s fun.
