The number one inhibition to a personal portable healthcare records are the competing hospital groups that use their healthcare records as a hook into the patient. There is no way they want to give this up. Amen brother. Amen! Especially CEOs who are medical doctors. Doctors are historically among the WORST business people. Go into any medical office, see all the support staff shuffling paper and you'll cringe. It's all in the process of changing now. You won't recognize it in 2030.
