lol my husband and i made up our own rules bc we didn't want to buy the book. we make 2 separate piles for the value cards (we call then power ups), and the hero cards. We each get 5 hero cards and 2 value cards, we each pick a card and place it down. then we rock paper scissors, and whoever wins that gets to choose the value that faces off. eg. Courage. Then you both flip up your cards and see each other's values. You have the option to use a one of your value cards but after you use it, you have to discard it. You get a new hero cards each round, and always have 5 hero cards & 2 value cards at a time. I was curious about the real rules so thanks for making your video!
Seems like the game was an afterthought and they were hoping the cards themselves would be incentive enough to collect.. bit of an odd choice to make collectibles that aren't made to last. Great video though!
In my pack of 4, I got Ant-man, Thanos, Mantis, and +2 intelligence. Thanos is the strongest one of the bunch! He has full 10 power, 9 intelligence and 6 courage. I don't play these games and was gonna throw them out. Watching the video inspires me to donate them instead. Thanks for your awesome video!
My yugioh buddy doesn’t want to learn and play this, but I’m gonna send this to them and hopefully they’ll want to try it out with me next time I see him 🙏 great video!
I have a question about the Infinity Stones are the stones like a collector's item or is it just like a little QR code and that's it also I'm really excited my aunt has been getting these cards for her kids but her kids don't want them so she's giving them all to me
Lol, it's Overpower reprint. You need 3 heroes to start, in future hands if you get skunked for heroes, you're stuck with a dead hand. The odds are against it because there should be at least 75% hero cards in the deck. The more packs you get, the better the play deck. Same marketing as all the other CCG blind blisters, from Overpower to VS...
No X-Men or Fantastic Four characters either. It seems like they were only restricted to the MCU/Disney owned characters prior to them buying Fox (which is odd considering that happened 6 years ago...).
I assume they tell you to remove the power cards from the game after usage because otherwise it screws the point tally. Like let's say in a turn both players play a +3 card, and one player wins, suddently he gets +4 cards in his win pile instead of two per turn max... You only want heroes in the points pile basically... But yeah , seems like a really lame game tbh, not much strategy here as you'll likely mostly always pick your "best" card in most situations, unless you are maybe trying to get rid of a bad card in a turn where you know the other player is going in all in so you have a better hand for the next turn... But yeah they could have paid better game designers to work out more interesting rules than using a single stat at a time. Heck I'm almost tempted to think of alternate rules to make this a fun game...
oh, I understand now. I don't need to collect these when I'm shopping. Thank you. Perhaps I still will collect them if a parent is in my checkout line.
Thank you so much, the kiddos were looking for the rules online and we found your video. Gave us everything we needed!
Awesome! Hope you guys enjoy!

Haha thats awesome! Your version sounds like a lot of fun and is pretty close to the "real" rules anyway, plus extra points for creativity! Way to go!
Yep I think I like your version better! Very creative!
Instead of rock paper scissors each time, you can just use whoever has the higher collector's number, the one on the top right
@@UnbrokenOddsmaybe there should be an actual TCG with this rule set

They do make sleeves that the cards could be put in if you want to get a full set to play the game with. Just have to go outta your way to do so.
Thank you for teaching us the rules! 😊 My little one loves these cards. Good to know that there are 6 shiny cards to collect too!
This helps sooooo much! Thank you!! Now I can finally play cards properly with my siblings!!!❤

Looks fun! Just wonder why it doesn't have Spiderman? Bought the book and will keep collecting, anyway

Loblaws: Buy the album to find out how to play!
*Purchase album* what's the win condition?
Loblaws: ...
How do you find the picture on cards, they are blank?
They come 4 in a pack back to back, you have to pop them out to reveal them
@@UnbrokenOdds Thank you.
is there a app for the game with ability to use camera to scan cards into deck?
How come they didn't just make a rock paper scissors styled game instead. It would have been so much easier.

is 10 the max value? or can it be 10 plus power up
You can use the power ups on the level 10s
What does the shiny hero card mean?
Except during your draw match you could have used you +3
This feels like a dumbed down version of overpower lol
It's like Top Trumps.

❤❤❤
Ainda não sei jogar
They've just remade Top Trumps
Is an Infinity Gauntlet and Thanks good, I was assuming it would be super strong
Does anyone know if anyone is trading these cards online I need 20 more to fill the book but this was the last week 😢
My captain marvel card shines, why?
There are a few shiny cards (6 to be exact) and they are just a fun gimmick!
