If police is not able to make an arrest in 6 months then how is the other person at fault? Taking custody for sometime is fine but this long and that too for a fraud case? This goes completely against the saying "Innocent until proven guilty"
From when courts will start giving compensation - to people who are put in jail without proof ddor more than 1 day & when will they rebuke the magistrates who are giving custody without proper evidence review - acting as extended wing of police instead of first level of judiciary Compensation to people in custody if cases are not proven More than 1 day in custody is violation of human rights
