On the Government website it was 10.5 months 80% of cases now it says 14 months. They said they was gonna improve things in 2023.

Are you looking specifically at one field office or at the gov't's quarterly numbers? They're released a few months late, so (I130) - 13.6 months is from Q4 2022. That said, we're seeing an average of 14 months this year too. The processing times have gone up for lots of forms in recent months and it's so frustrating.

Hello! I would like to ask about the I130 review time my husband applied in October, but for two months now the review time number has not changed, It should be five months, though, according to the calculations. as if it has frozen and shows that it is 6 months until approval of the form. What can we do in these cases?

The processing times vary by field office, and the average time USCIS published for last quarter was about 13.6 months. That said, the field office where your application is being processed could have a shorter timeline than the average.
