Still don’t know how I feel about that window/wall…. Let me know what you think!
Floor Plan and State Availability

I Def do not digg the wall of window. Too busy. But the rest is lovely.
I am in love with that internal glass window. Adds character and openness to the entry way!🙌🏻👌🏻
The window wall is visually nice, but the only thing I'm thinking when I look at it is, "I'd have to clean that every other day."
Love the window wall
Luv seeing the greens & color instead of all white walls and white kitchens. Lovely
This home is stunning! Has everything I’ve ever dreamed of having. Love the glass wall partition. Would making the basement into a MIL suite. Stunning. Would buy this if I ever won the lottery!
Love the glass it really opens it up
I love this home! The glass half wall is nice!!! I’am not a fan of carpet! I like where the vent is in the master bath! It’s under the vanity, where you sit and put on your makeup! That’s really a plus for me!
This home is perfect! Love everything about it. Usually I see things I'd change, but not this time. I'd just bring my clothes and move right in!
Really like almost everything about this house. The window wall is really neat and not something that you'd see in every house, so the uniqueness gets bonus points from me. Like the step down into the butler pantry/mud room. Enough space there for a small table with a couple of chairs. The only real fault I find with the house is in the lower lever that their isn't a way to access the outside area and that you would have to travel back up through the kitchen area to get to the back yard. A missed opportunity to do a patio under the upper deck with stair going up to access the backyard.
Love the rustic cabinets downstairs. I like the Window separating the space as you come in on the top floor.
Thank you for sharing this video!
What a truly beautiful home. Love the use of space, design and decor. So spacious, light and bright. Utter perfection! Thank you!👌🏻❤️🙌🏻

Enjoy your Awesome channel Timothy!! You don't miss any details!!
Tim, Im addicted to your channel and those stunning homes. Tons of inspiration
Ken I’m glad to here it! And thank you 😊
With the metal awnings and quasi courtyard,, this home has more of a French Provencial vibe than a farmhouse feel on the exterior - I love it!
I like all of these but would love to see more where the garage is not the prominent feature of the front of the home. Either a side load or even rear garage!
Beautiful home, thanks for the tour, Timothy !
Thank you for your videos, really cool idea, and helpful for those of us who are thinking of changing states at some point!
like the glass wall, the master bath seemed cheap for a house costing what this house does the cabinets looked like right off the floor at Home Depot. Overall nice design love the kitchen
Some of these houses are staged spectacularly. Can they be purchased as is? Thank you for the great videos!
😮😮STUNNING!!!😮😮
👍🏼❤️👍🏼❤️👍🏼❤️👍🏼❤️
Love this home and floor plan. Love the large islands. Plenty of prep space.
I just watched the video again and I liked the glass s wall above the buffet in the dining room.
Hello Timothy. This is a beautiful home. I do like that window wall and would probably put another one on the other side and a door closing the space off to prevent pets going downstairs when they shouldn't! Don't have kids so that's no problem, but I would think open stairs would be a big problem for parents with small children. You did a good job showing it. But I'm not even going to bother saying what I would change (and there are a few things, but surprising not many!), except for the wall and stairs, as there is No way, short of winning a huge lottery that we could afford something like this! That price is way too high for us! I did watch the video and dream though! God bless y'all.
Right ,, Beautiful
Gorgeous home ❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉
This house Timothy is the house if all houses . Me and my church family go to Wichita Kansas twice a month , my Bishop started a church there , and seeing this gorgeous house makes me want to move there , this house is absolutely beautiful , extraordinary , I mean it's breath taking all the space , the basement , the garages WOW !!!!! Ian beyond impressed , you displayed a top notch winner on this one Timothy I'm getting ready to pass this on for my church family to see 😮😁😆😊🙃

It’s beautiful
Nice layout, except for the area by the garage. I don't like having a powder room placed such that your guests have to go deep into the "backstage" utilitarian area of the home to get to it. The wet bar is too out of the way to be very useful. I would maybe put the powder room where the wet bar is, and create a storage closet or dog bath/pet nook where the powder room is. I would also want that section to be on the level. The steps make the powder room inaccessible to people with mobility issues.
There is a guest bath on the main level for those with mobility issues. I think the powder room off the garage is perfect for those of us that wait too long to potty after work!
@@sherimciver That bath serves the family bedrooms. I'd rather not have guests invade my kids' privacy by using their bathroom if I can avoid it. Besides, kids can sometimes leave the bathroom looking like a cyclone hit it! 😆
Love the window while
1:09 You got a "human" house and a robot house right there :D
I laughed at that, too! What is the nose?😂😂
Gorgeous
So cool. This is local to me… welcome to Wichita Ks
Beautiful I love it ♥️👍🎄
@14:34 The purpose of that window isn't to let light in. It is providing a secondary escape in case of a fire or collapse. It is required by law most everywhere in basements. It should have had a ladder to help get out.
That kids room with the stars should have a loft type bed with a play area underneath. There is plenty of room to go up. Crank out windows stink. I had them. You only get the breeze if it’s coming from the direction of the open part of the window. When it’s HOT and there is a brownout you will hate them as much as I do. I’ve lived the crank window nightmare. The cranks break eventually. Never again. Not even if ya paid me. Lol The downstairs is so cool.
Like 👍 the glass window 🪟
Ok.. why the allen wrench in many drawers?
Beautidul home, im loving the window wall! But i would totally swap the dining and living rooms. Their placements are just stupid
So much glass!
I like this home but it seems over priced to me. Nice vid bro!
I know these builders are in KS, but what if you wanted it built somewhere else? 🤔
This is a nice place.
I'm not a huge window fan like at the front entry since up north unless you have the latest and greatest European triple pane that have just come out recently with their super ratings, they are cold in the winter. I don't mind that window wall though.
Dang nabbit, where is a Coat Closet by the front door? That office would have to become a sitting room for taking off shoes and a large closet along the one whole wall. Over $800,000 and that missing and no general storage space.
I'd want the Master Bath and Master Closet redone. Move the Laundry over near the Garage where that wet bar is. Might need a bump out there at the Master Bath to do what I'd want there. Where the Mud Room, Half Bath, and where I'd want the Laundry I'd want at the same floor level as the rest of the house. Stairs there to me makes no sense.
It might seem I always complain but it is just fixing flaws I see in the plans to make this place worth what the cost is.
Nice...not sure of the front part house or a child's room at the front entrance
👏👏👏
Can this home be built in Arizona
I guess that window between the entrance and the dining room is okay as long as I don't have to clean the side that the stairs are on. How would one reach that ?
With a long handled pile, genius! If you don’t have gross kids, they wouldn’t get messed up either.
@@fluffytail6355 wow, sarcasm much? And windows get dusty and sticky even without kids
The deck, for $800+k, should have extended out to a full rear deck. The builders profit on this has to be over 50%
I like this house except for wasted space and slightly wonky configuration. For such a large home, it was odd the master bath didn’t have a tub and I don’t imagine anyone would feel comfortable using the commode with that picture window right next to it. The feature wall with fireplace and artwork on wood with wood beam is my favorite. Another thing… the solid shower p/tub fiberglass combo in the other baths is a huge no no for this lovely home.
Don't like the window wall
Why do builders always put the floor registers in the most inconvenient places?! Did you notice the one under the makeup vanity in the primary bathroom, and right in front of one of the cabinets in the kitchen?
Brick or hardy board all the way around
For that price I’m really surprised that they used cheap acrylic tub surrounds instead of tile in the secondary bathrooms. Not a good look.
Close to a million bucks in Kansas. Wow. But nice house. I like the restraint in size and design in the kitchen, but it needs a counter-depth fridge. Builders should pay attention to things like interior doors. Those lovely paneled interior doors don't fit the style of the house. Also, no fiberglass tub/shower combos in a high-end new house. And while mud rooms are nice, not EVERY house - regardless of style - has to have the same dark green 5 foot wainscoting and bench. It's off in this house. Just throwing things out in case you ever are inclined to share with a builder.
Not a huge fan of this particular home, but I think I like the stationery window wall. It helps with soundproofing in the house, prevents some of the cold drafts when the door is opened in winter, and gives separation between areas without cutting off the light. It also prevents whatever you place on the flat surface in front of it from tumbling off and down the stairs! 😂
Nice to have lots of windows but unfortunately the only scenery is other houses.
You know this house can be built anywhere, right? Suburban living usually means you see other houses because you’re built right next to them. Are you new to city living?
@@fluffytail6355 why are you being so rude? Did the Grinch sreal your Christmas cookies?
Hey Timothy!
I've enjoyed the more extravagant homes, but it's time for us to come back to reality and get our heads out of the clouds, so that we can plant our feet firmly on the ground! I miss seeing the homes that normal people can possibly afford! I also miss seeing the Almighty 😉! Anywho, I'll see YOUR beautiful face in the next one!
~ Chris
Normal people?
Don't like the black metal window wall
The dining room is bigger than the great room and that is just weird to me
Me too! I would switch them and move the fireplace
$845,000,dddddaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Really nice house but man, you have no real yard or privacy at all.
Maybe it was just me, but the super-speed and unnecessary twirling in this video gave me motion sickness. Maybe slow down a bit instead of rushing us through - it felt very chaotic. Even though I'm a subscriber and am used to your faster pace, this specific video felt incredibly rushed- and I wasn't kidding about getting motion sickness while watching.
I was just going to make this comment when I saw yours. It definitely felt rushed.
I'm definitely the odd man out - I watch him on 1.5 speed! 😂
@trolled you
I'm fine - you?
Feels like the dining room has too much of a place of prominence.
Could be the Cold decor but this home isn't really grabbing me. Thank you for the tour
Decor can be changed. 🤦♀️
The stairs down are in a very awkward location, an accident waiting to happen. Do not like this floorplan.
I thought that as well. Too close to the front door if you have guests leaving in a group.
Nice design, but I'd hardly call it a farmhouse design. It's got French and Spanish exterior accents and a very modern open concept design - very popular layout in Florida and Arizona. It's also enormous! If anything, I'd call it a "Florida house."
I think the term "farmhouse" is becoming way overused and almost meaningless. It's traditionally a simple and humble historic style - usually two stories with central fireplace and small rooms and sometimes a front porch. Literally, the house on a modest family farm. Now it seems that any house with a white exterior and raw wood accents is called "farmhouse".
That said, it's a beautiful house. Too bad it's not a modular and more widely available nor is it affordable for most viewers.
I agree 100% with you. I saw nothing that would qualify this as a "farmhouse" in any way.
@tammyclark4618 Yeah, it seems like it's been culturally appropriated to subvert its real meaning since the small farmers are being quickly driven out of business by large corporations. The appropriated term seems to mean a house with prominent shades of white with raw wood and shabby chic accents - absolutely nothing to do with its historical design or significance. I personally won't the term unless I'm talking about a real farmhouse because of that. And I'm kind of tired of hearing it misused. I think it's important to preserve our family farming history upon which our country was built.
GREAT HOUSE .BUT GUY SHOWING IT IS A NIT WIT ❗️❗️
I completely Agree!! He SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!
Not a fan of this house. You can’t call that a courtyard, that extra patio off the bar/garage - not ideal. I would not use it. Also, the great room is not great. Why is it so small? Floor plan is horrible.
Then do a design you like and send it to a high end custom builder
@@shaunstrasser1 will do!
To many unnecessary complaints , not a one of you can afford it so why complain about it , and if you can afford it , then get it to your liking , this is only a model , dang ....smh
@@melvinamarshall29 unnecessary complaint about complaint comments…smh
Dude i solely subscribed to your channel to view ALL of the garages to these homes, watching this video totally jerked me off me then got up and just walked away without climax totally disappointed me. (include the garages)
