Through watching your videos I can just see just see how much bigger the racing sport and culture is than in the U.S. Even from seeing the set up of your tracks, the facilities, the riding schools, etc. Everything seems to be on a larger, more professional and organized scale. A somewhat similar comparison would be football (soccer) in Europe versus the U.S. I hope that explains it a little better 😊.

MOTOCROSS! I swear nothing has helped me learn how to relax more on the bike than motocross. You don't have to be fast to learn it too. Also this is the 3rd video I've seen from you and what an amazing channel! I haven't raced in over 10 years but your videos really capture the joys of racing.

@@AlbertoNaskaDELETED Yes. And no less a red head with blue eyes. She's on fire sometimes! At least I never hear a word about riding! She rides with me on here own bike.
In my experience I've gotten to the point where I enjoy endurance races more than sprints. That initial feeling of being tired as greatly helped learning how to relax and focus on body position and is interesting to see lap times that are just as fast at the end of the stint as they were at the beginning.
looks like one of the keys to endurance racing is knowing when to push and how hard to push. push too hard when you don't really need to will gain you a sizeable lead but risk overstressing the vehicle, or a DNF.
That was great brought back old memories, I’m not sure if they do 24hr endurance racing were you are but here in the USA we use too do and it is awesome, most fun you will ever do on a superbike...

Awesome video as always bro. Superb riding to! 2nd place is excellent despite the broken engine. And ya ur videos always makes me wanna ride in the tracks
Endurance races aren't what they used to be. We did 8 hour races between 3 riders using 1 bike. Amazing experience and it taught you how to relax on a bike, which made you go faster. Really helped with sprint racing later on. I know this was just for fun though 😁
One time we went down 7 laps and finished on lead lap in second place! We got the lead back but blew the rear tire! Endurance racing has to do with luck too! Great video!
I saw ur many videos in past week n dey were totally worth it. I learn many things from you, especially the technical ones. U r dng great job broo... Love from India..♥️♥️♥️
Living the dream. Man I would’ve loved to do this 10 years ago. Most I could do was a year or 2 of WERA thanks to my work (dealership) giving me some help with tires and parts.
In one of my local racing organisations (SOAR in Ontario Canada) there is a 3 hour endurance race on the Saturday afternoon of each weekend. I don't have enough endurance for it :-) but I help friends who do. My friend Scott will go out with a full tank of fuel and ride until the low-fuel warning comes on - usually 70 to 75 minutes. Ideally it will be with two pit stops - one full tank of fuel at the first stop, and then about half at the second. I noticed another thing that is different in our case ... No changing bikes! It has to be one bike from start to finish. Means filling the fuel tank, and any repairs, has to be done quickly. We have done a change to rain tires, front and rear, with no quick-change hardware, in 5 minutes, which we thought was good. If you break the engine (or something else major), you are done ...
Hi Alberto Loving the video's and hard luck at the Endurance race. Do you ever come to the UK. Have you ever ridden a 2 Stroke like a TZ250, not a road bike ?
I love endurance races. I n your case it would be the best to do only with 3 stops. We make more than 22 laps with R1. In serious races you Just cant win with so many pit stops. Keep on with training 😁
I have seen 3x 15 plate R1 braking con rod so far and there seems to be a pattern. I would stick to original mapping and make sure you use the correct oil. Good luck!

Could you please explain why some gp riders stick their legs out before a turn? And also there is a guy on youtube called motovudu who was a pro rider who talks about closed throttle cornering. So he insists on coasting and engine braking through fast corners instead of trail braking. I know u said to throttle immediately after releasing the brakes so is he wrong?
I can't get over how dangerous of a track setting that is. Having novice riders out in an actual race with actual pro riders is insane. In the USA, you have to qualify as an expert rider and be licensed to race period. Much less having a novice out on a track wit pro riders is extremely dangerous since the pace is so dramatically different.
Well, not quite, everyone has to start somewhere. All regional racing organisations have a course for starting out, and have racing classes for novice or amateur riders, which are normally kept separate from pro riders. I agree that the speed differences in this video looked like insanity. This looked like track-day riders mixed with racers - which is a difficult situation. I don't do track days because of this.
For endurance racing everyone was on the track at the same time. It was great fun. Last time I reaced was 15 years ago, so maybe things changed. But I doubt it.
