    This is so strange I was looking up videos to explain some of my Business Administration concepts for an essay and then this video auto-played. I was like.. Is that Wolter? What's going on?! I use your channel for travel advice! Great that you have this old content still up as this is a great video explanation of the GAP model. If only you had a video explaining SD Logic haha

    Hey, i think you mentioned only four gaps, whereas from other sources what i have seen is that this framework has five service quality gaps. Can you explain please?

      Ibrahim Anwar it depends on which model you use. I only do the 4 gaps.
