how to train while demotivated?

- every once in a while i’ll have really good sessions where things just click and i land everything. but after that im back to messing up my tech and falling a lot. obviously this is super demotivating and frustrating.
but it doesn’t mean that sesh is a setback!! there are many ways to keep training safely while still feeling productive. work some basics or revisit something else ur chasing or even condition urself so that u can get gain the confidence necessary for throwing new tricks.
i lose tricks all the time. i haven’t comboed a double full variation in about 6 months and when i try them just on their own, i usually don’t land them even tho i hit my first dleg twist like a year ago. its all g tho cuz im able to recognize that ive gotten better at other things like combo structure, cleanliness, air awareness, etc.
