Hello brother, I'm only a Noahide, but according to my understanding its only Lashon Hara if he's actually talking about the "physical landscape" fields, weather, crops, etc. Hope this helps.
My daughter has turned her life around but she has so many tattoos. What can she do? The expense to remove would be enormous, even more than both of us together can not afford.
