WE NEED MORE DRAGONFLY
La plaga más Macabra
Yes you are right. Wildlife is good sign of a healthy invironment
Yes
Dragonflies are reliable bio-indicators of the health of an ecosystem. They eat tonnes of mosquitoes and its larvae. However, they can be disastrous in a breeding pond. Some breeders put a screen on top of their breeding boxes to prevent the problem. You can release them in an open pond around your area. Some will benefit the native fishes that eats them and some can grow to adult and will maintain the population of mosquitoes and flies. Great video and keep rockin dude!
Thanks dude.
A mesh would be great to cover your mini pond and also to avoid the mosquitoes to multiply.
Very successful breeding programs indeed... Very good 😊.The perfect habitat for them is very important especially for breeding. It shows they are very comfortable in their environment...
Thanks for sharing Sir Dex and spreading awareness about these dragonfly nymphs. We must always be vigilant in the hobby and solve problems that arise. Dexter's World had truly evolved through the years and I am one of the many witnesses of how this channel had grown. To more amazing contents in the future days ahead. I will always apply what I watch from the videos and share them to someone I know, either its a family member or a friend. ❤
Wow, a lot of larvae…
Should the ponds be covered…?
Thank you for sharing this video~🤗
Wishing you great success with the guppy breeding project Dex ☺🤞
So exciting video
Cheers from the USA ❤👍🙏👏💝💕🇺🇸💞💖🇺🇸
נהנה כול פעם מחדש מין הסירטונים שלך ולומד אמון אין עליך ימלך 👍🏻👑👍🏻🤗👏👏👏👏👏❤
The good thing is, it means your water is perfect because they only lay eggs and grow in clean water.
insects are good protein diet for chicks sir dexter
Dragon fly appears: wild west dying starts playing 🤣
Why pour them from such a height on the plant? 😢
these larvae are also a good protein for chiclid fish
Why don't you put some netting over the boxes.
Wow good job 👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you! Cheers!
Terimakasih for your videos...
Putting a small net over the top will keep out the dragonfly.
Why did he pour out the guppy's over that branch?
I have been inspired from your video.
What you plan on doing with the baby dragon fly?
On the bright side, you can feed the dragonfly’s to your birds right?
Dami mong alaga sir.❤❤❤
Eline emeğine sağlık bu güzel vlog için kolay gelsin hayırlı işler....👍👍👍👍
Oh my so sad 😢😢😢😢😢😢sorry about that sad
a simple screen lid would fix the problem. or put the tanks into a screened shelter.
Ayos Ah nice information kuya
Wishing you all the best
YOU CAN FEED IT TO YOUR KOI FISH OR CATFISH
👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
time to invest in a net to cover them guppies the dragon flies are a nightmare good luck my friend.
Dragonfly's have amazing kill rate that's said to be around 90% many other predators avg 30%-40% kill success
What happened to the guppies you had before on the big concrete ponds you have...there were like thousands of guppies?
I want to transfer my Guppies to an outside pond. Do I need to warm the water
I love the video ❤
salamat sa share sisimulan ko ng mag hanap baka meron na rin po yung sakin
DRAGONFLY EAT MOSQUITOES,!!!
i found a dragonfly nymph in my fishpond which is for the fingerlings.... and find a dead fingerling by and by. is it possible that the dragonfly nymph is the culprit?
What did you expect 😀? Any outdoor body of water with healthy water will have Dragonfly nymphs. You are just able to see them because of the white tanks with minimal plants.
Make sure it’s not egg season because if it’s mid summer the larvae will eat your fish cause mid summer is when the dragonfly’s lay eggs I hope you take my advice
Is there anyway that you can put a fine mesh net over the top just a thought Dexter
Wala oxygen yan styro Mo kuya pwd pala yan? Pano po Yan linisin meron b filter yan
Your videos is really good 👍😁
Can you give me some guppy fish
Because I like to raise a guppy fish
sir pwdi ba i breed ang giant betta sa sa small betta
I think this nymph's can also good and nutritional for the breeder catfish, likewise 😂..keep safe always everyone and God bless us all 😘😎
That's my problem of my fry how to avoid na larvae of dragon fly?
A fairly easy fix would be , once you have a box that is free of nymphs cover the surface with either a sheet of glass or a fine net to stop the adult dragonfly from reaching the water and laying eggs in it .
You can benefit with these amazing critters. They are beneficial insects, why just grow them and sell it online. Some of dragonflies here on my area doesn't exist for along time.
you can put a net on your pond so they can’t lay inside
Cover your tubs with mesh , make sure the water is low enough so the dragon flys long tail can't touch the water through the mesh. Feed the niphs to the chicken's
Return the nymphs to the water so they can grow and become dragonflies! They are a gift to your garden and should be protected. The chickens can eat something else.
Send them to me please. I have some mosquitoes they can eat.
"What to do with the nymphs, I do not want to kill them?" Easy solution. dont you have competitor farms in the neighborhood? 😈
lols
the thumbnail is copied from serpa design and it is exactly the same except the finger and the bug.. here is the video that the thumbnail is copied from- Guppy Riparium Patio Pond (No Filter Low Tech)
I thought I recognised it
it's so annoying when people steal other people's content
@@sonny8309 I know right 😭
knowing you would have dragon fly lay eggs. why did you not cover the tanks with a simple screen then the fry would have been safe.
Feed them to catfish
