The fourth volume of steam action in South Africa in 1991 including scenes from the Kimberley steam festival where the highlight for me was double headed 16E pacifics.
Beautifil - locos, rolling stock, scenery, neat and tidy stations... You've captured a remarkable sound and visual vista. Thank you so much for sharing it. It's like looking into another world.
Superb footage of some wonderful locomotives. I’m looking for drawings of NBL 15F locomotives, not art drawings, technical drawings. If anyone knows where these can be copied / bought, please share the info.
The 1991 Steam Festival was brilliant and one of life's great experiences.
Aaah this footage is just priceless. I am like a child in a sweet shop watching this!! Thank you so much ❤
Kind regards

Thank you for your kind comments. I hope you enjoy the other videos on my channel.
I would like to know why these Garaths run backwards really
I think because it was cleaner and cooler for the crews. I saw them in Zimbabwe in 1980 and they all ran chimney first as did all Zimbabwe engines.
Just for the record - 22min 10 secs in.......and that stack chat from a distance ❤😊😊

Thank you for your kind comment. I cannot help you with any drawings but hopefully a viewer can.
