Your car may as well be made out of aluminum foil on extreme damage... I personally like to play on intense as I feel that's the most realistic and can still easily lose wheels in one accident if you're not careful
these guys are RACERS, not WRECKERS. if youve watched failrace play wreckfest before then youd know they try to race each other fairly on the more "sensible" tracks. id be salty too if someone took a vehicle that clearly had no chance of winning and threw it around like a wrecking ball on wheels. yes... i know the game is called "wreckfest" not "everybody plays nicely fest"... but that doesnt minimise my point.

That’s why wreckfest is so good, it’s not frowned upon if you give the dude a bumper a Time and then clean racing on wreckfest is beautiful but when there is a slip up it’s big, on some tracks it’s guaranteed a death

In the UK it's "air con". "AC" stands for "alternating current" here and a British person would probably think that you were referring to the electricity supply. Alex is British which is probably why he speaks British English. "Air con" short for "air conditioning". You'll get the hang of it. Just give it time.
