Hi Mac,, everything you'll need in one box, enjoyed this video, they should have put a hawk in the box lol .. how long are them krend floats in use ? Cool video 👍
The hawk fly away when they where packing it lol, im still loving the points man hawk the k rend floats would last a few small jobs but on the lijes of a big house i would go through up to 3 blades easy
Hi Mac. I'm looking for a nice trowel for rendering not plastering. Can you recommend one? I presume I don't need a finishing trowel for rendering as the float covers that? Cheers.
Hi mate I have had this trowel for a long time used to render with it but then when I was skimming with it I realized how good t was so stopped rendering with it LOL as that will save it to last longer - amzn.to/3gjP0w5
They also do the narrow style specifically for rendering but some dont like it as much www.refina.co.uk/hand-tools/plaster-cement-trowels/narrow-cement-trowel.html#/3-choose_handle-blue/204-sizes-14_350mm but I would think these might last a good time mine is very long and has started to show some wear recently at the rivet
@@plummetplum Oh in the new k rend video i have uploaded I a using the rendering one but the fintex is great still going strong mate as you can see in the video out today :)
Morning mate , So far been using the 2 trowels on rendering and a small skimming job the are huge can near use them as straight edges :) hows the Nela gong buddy ?
@@macplastering dropped the 1 I had and it warped the corner tried fixing it but couldn't so had to get a new 1 I love using the nela I have a good system now for using the sponge float then the marshalltown then finishing of with the nela when required that is

Hi I’ve had one of those blue scrapers for years , before Krend came out. I’ve always used it for straightening up internal angles when using hardwall . When is hard .👍🏻👍🏻
I thought k rend was out long before hard wall , here I used k rend like 16 years ago but only now seeing hard wall being used , but can see it helping if the hard wall is not straight for sure
