- Starting in January 2009, Adult Swim created the “King of the Hill ad bumps.” These bumps featured various adverts for fictional businesses from the show. These had many variations and expanded later on to include real-life businesses. They ended in March 2014.
This is the fourth and final set of King of the Hill bumps. These were used alongside the third set until they stopped airing them entirely in March 2014.

Ugh. I remember being in like the 3rd-5th grade waking up and getting ready for school to these. My mom would be getting ready for work, she’d fix me breakfast and drive me up to the bus stop. Those were the good days. Damn time passes by fast.

So now that King of the Hill is set to return to Adult Swim next Monday, this may likely mean we'll be seeing the return on the classic King of the Hill "Sponsor" bumpers if they manage to return them.

2000-2015 adult swim was a bedfellow to me growing up. A steady constant to all those years. Now at 27 i miss the days when cable TV was the norm and streaming was non existant or very obscure. I would come home from long hot summer days, get showered and cozy and watch king of the hill as the sun set. Then watch family guy, the boondocks, squidbillies, athf robot chicken etc.

2009-2014 was truly the golden age of Adult Swim imo before Rick and Morty came on. Yes, Rick and Morty is good but nowhere nearly as good as KOTH, The Cleveland Show, the Fox aired episodes of American Dad, and the pre Disney episodes of Family Guy.
