Generally I don't comment anywhere in social media..but this time I couldn't resist. I have a lot of respect for all the actors but I expected some sense of responsibility. We shouldn't show any department or office in bad light. I agree there are loopholes but everyone is not the same. There are deficiencies in private sector too but sadly no one dares to make a video on that. On a lighter note, the video was very hilarious. Kudos to the team.

You guys have exaggerated the scene. I have also visited post office so many times but I never got treated like this. They deny to work in lunch time and after office hours only which is correct also. If you are visiting for any work on very last moment and expect to make it easily, so these things are not possible.
Right. Even in my village post office, no one treats this way. In PMG/GPO they do ask to move to x or y counter that's it. Everything else is exaggerated. Good for entertainment, far from reality.

That is why, their employees misbehaves so that some of their customer shift to different bank. My Father and Mother both are at Posted in India Post,So first of all i was happy that i saw very first episode on Post office on youtube and the senerio and infrastructure created was almost same as the real one...But My Parents do their best to serve public and some of their staffs are same as shown in this episode due to which is post office is suffering huge loss....Anyways it was nice representation ❤️❤️

This is pretty far from reality. Took me 1 hour in the passport office after my appointment and the passport was delivered in 5 days. Aadhar updation of number,address and name took 30 mins in all and the details were updated on uidai in 5 days.
