    How and what do you use to soak dried squid till it bloats and expands as used in rojaks

      I heard is alkaline water to water on 1:1 ratio, but u better verify from google

    Thought that the dried cuttlefish is used only in long brewed Chinese soups. I have some sitting in the fridge that can now be used up sooner. Thanks for sharing.
