A View to a Kill was a blatant ripoff of Goldfinger and deserves to be at the bottom of the list (of official Bond movies). Other than that, the only thing this list got right was the Top 3! Thunderball is better than GoldenEye? Moonraker in the middle of the pack?! You should've swapped Moonraker with Octopussy, which was a much better Bond film. Moonraker basically just recycled the plot of The Spy Who Loved Me, swapping colonization underwater to colonization in outer space. You Only Live Twice is Connery's worst as James Bond. Diamonds are Forever was better than that. You really need to watch these movies again.
ThunderBall is better than GoldenEye which is over rated probably because brosnans other three are so bad. How die another day isn't second from bottom I don't know there are defiantly more bad things I need the film then just the special effects.
The Man with the Golden Gun getting such a ranking is absurd. That was not that bad a movie. A cringe Bond girl to be fair, but the plot was good, the setting was good and a solid cast.
I`d put it in the middle but it`s not among the best. It got visually one of the best ending duels and a fantastic villain and a promising personal plot but overall there`s just better in the franchise.
it was somewhat of a recycled plot. like the whole idea of someone trying to cause a major war by playing both sides was done multiple times already in the series
Agreed - I think it's down to the era of the bond fans ... if Doulton's films were released when Brosnan's films were and vice versa the perception of bond films in terms of rankings would be different... When I was a kid it was all about Connory and Moore - Doulton was frowned upon ... watching the films now in my 30s I cringe at most of the Moore Films and can only watch Dr no and Goldfinger out of the Connory ones.. the two doulton ones are in my top 5 and I can watch them over and again.. Daniel Craig is the best bond but Spectre was a letdown... when I look back at brosnan's films they were gash - only tomorrow never dies is rewatchable...
No Bond fan will ever agree on which Bond films are the best - it makes a massive difference depending on when you saw it, what type of Bond film you like and why you specifically like them. E.g - Licence to Kill, in my humble opinion, is amazing, because I like a darker James Bond - but some people hate it, because they prefer a slightly lighter style. Die Another Day is shit, though.
Magneto Metal Bender Well, I thought the first 20 minutes were great, and the rest was an utter mess, but hey ho, glad you got some enjoyment out of it :)
I definitely agree with your top 5 Bond selections. Goldfinger is the best, particularly if you were alive and old enough to know what was happening. The 007 Bond craze had swept the Western world and there was a lot of pressure to follow up on "From Russia With Love." Goldfinger exceeded expectations and even its theme song by Shirley Bassy was spectacular. As a total package, Goldfinger is at the top.
The name of the villain in Casino Royale is le Chiffre (the R is silent), not le Shriffe or however one would spell the way the narrator pronounces it.
I also would've ranked Die Another Day much closer to the worst end of the list than it was. It wasn't just a bad movie, or even just a bad James Bond movie. It was a milestone anniversary movie, and it was just even worse because of that.
french here, its pronounced "chiffre" not chriffe or chiffe even tho yes the R might be weak its still pronounced but with a big american mouth you cant make that suttle of a noise. see it at the minimum R sound you can make, thats why he thinks its silent. have a nice day.
I mean... I'm all up for people having their own unique opinions... But if someone is claiming that their list is the definitive and factual list then it better be based on how well the films objectively fair. Again though, if this list is 100% their personal opinion then great! I have some strange opinions when it comes to things like this too, but I get a feeling that the list is more just thrown together to make a list and less to express personal opinion.
What a bizarre list. The narrator claims NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN is better than THUNDERBALL - then gives THUNDERBALL a higher ranking. He also says GOLDENEYE is the best Bond film ever - as he lists it at number seven on the list!
Well, it's been a while since I watched it, in my opinion "A view to a kill" is my favorite Bond movie. Even though Roger Moore was never my favorite Bond and his Bond movies were often more on the comedic side of things, "A view to a kill" has Christopher Walken as the psychotic genius maniac, who was developed by Nazi scientists who did experiments on babies to create an "ubermensch", as my favorite thing about the movie. He is probably the best Bond maniac villain of all the Bond movies, as Christopher Walken goes ham and laughs like The Joker while he machine guns a mine full of workers, has an insane plan to cause earthquake to San Francisco (or California I don't remember), has the masculine feminine black woman, Gracie Jones, as his side kick (side chick), and does all kinds of weird eccentric things while battling James. Moore on the other hand, gives a quiet, serious performance, which is fine. He is the hero of the movie, but the movie is really about the villain here. At the end of the movie, after a brilliant final confrontation at the top of the Golden State bridge, Christopher Walken's character starts laughing when he realizes he will fall to his doom. So this character was kind of doing it before the Joker made it cool, and it was more subtle too. Also Duran Duran soundtrack is good.
Daniel Kearsley I prefer it by miles over Licence to kill and its even in my top 5! 1. Octopussy 2. Casino Royale 3. On Her Majesty‘s Secret Service 4. For Your Eyes Only 5. The Living Daylights
Daniel Kearsley Timothy Dalton portrays bond perfectly but Pierce Brosnan is my favourite, adding the charisma and charm Dalton lacked whilst maintaining a thrilling interpretation of the character
I could talk about my list for hours and hours. Frankly, I was surprised that you had "Moonraker" ahead of "Live and Let Die." I also think that "Die Another Day" is ranked too high and "The Living Daylights" and "The Spy Who Loved Me" were ranks too low. I appreciate that "You Only Live Twice" and "License to Kill" were ranked relatively high, as well. Personally, I believe that "For Your Eyes Only" is the most underrated Bond film of all time.
How would you rank these bond films if their names were updated to suit your taste: ;-) Die another golden day The world is not golden enough Dr. No gold The man with the golden retriever From Russia with golden shower Gold fall The spy who loved gold Quantum of gold
Here is my list (from the best to the worst): 1. From Russia With Love 2. Goldfinger 3. Thunderball 4. Skyfall 5. Goldeneye 6. The Living Daylights 7. The Spy Who Loved Me 8. Casino Royale 9. You Only Live Twice 10. No Time To Die 11. On Her Majesty's Secret Service 12. For Your Eyes Only 13. Dr. No 14. Live and Let Die 15. Tomorrow Never Dies 16. Licence To Kill 17. Spectre 18. Moonraker 19. The World Is Not Enough 20. A View To A Kill 21. Never Say Never Again 22. Octopussy 23. Diamonds Are Forever 24. Quantum of Solace 25. The Man With The Golden Gun 26. Die Another Day
My top ten 1. Casino Royale 2. From Russia With Love 3. Goldfinger 4. Skyfall 5. Goldeneye 6. License to Kill 7. Dr. No 8. OHMSS 9. Thunderball 10. The Spy Who Loved Me
11-24 11. Spectre 12. The World Is Not Enough 13. For Your Eyes Only 14. The Man With The Golden Gun 15. You Only Live Twice 16. Tomorrow Never Dies 17. Moonraker 18. The Living Daylights 19. Live And Let Die 20. Quantum of Solace 21. Diamonds Are Forever 22. A View To A Kill 23. Die Another Day 24. Octopussy
Great list....I actually like Spectre better than Skyfall....I think the theme song by Adele overshadowed this average James Bond film, Daniel Craig half ass the acting acting in this one, everybody shines better than him....including the Moneypenny actress.
I know ima get bashed for saying this but I feel like Die Another Day was a really good bond film. Maybe it’s just because I had it on dvd and played it whenever another bond movie wasn’t playing on tv but I really like the movie, pierce brosnan is great as bond and he did a tremendous job as bond in Die Another Day
Roger Moore was my favourite Bond, Connery was great and Craig is brilliant. The only good thing about this list is that it gets a reaction from people who actually know their Bond movies.
Quantum of Solace is great. It's dark and violent, just like Fleming's original Bond. People like to shit on it so much because it came off the heels of the best Bond film ever.
I'm old enough to remember when On Her Majesty's Secret Service was routinely No. 2 on a lot of these kinds of lists (despite Lazenby's performance or lack of) and sometimes even No. 1. Maybe because (next to From Russia with Love) being the finest replication of a Fleming novel (which was obviously much more important in the past than it is now). It's just too bad the producers initially had to give up on filming OHMSS because of no snow in the alps. Connery was going to be in it, though I do wonder if Connery would or could have done as good a job with the ending scene as Lazenby (amazingly given his lack of talent) did. Tho we can potentially see a glimpse of how Connery would have handled it in the opening scenes of Diamonds Are Forever where he is trying to avenge the murder of Tracy. This also resulted in You Only Live Twice being filmed before OHMSS, resulting in producers deciding to just ignore the continuity problem (which occurs if you're watching these movies in order as they appeared in theaters back in the day): in OHMSS Bond and Blofeld should immediately recognize each other from their previous shared adventures in Japan. It doesn't even work as a "reboot" because it contains those references to the earlier films both in the titles and Lazenby fondling the props from Dr. No etc. PS.. . . SKYFALL SUCKS! it's the only 007 film I ever saw and heard about people walking out on. I tried to watch it again recently and it's still boring as hell. The only good thing in it is the return of the Goldfinger car. Craig often looks like he belongs in a Lord of the Rings movie instead. Didn't even finish it.
Lmao lord of the rings, I feel bad for Craig but he just doesn’t feel like bond to me either. He is more like a James Bourne to me without the charisma or swag. More like a robot.
1. On Her Majesty's Secret Service 2. From Russia With Love 3. For Your Eyes Only 4. Casino Royale 5. Spy Who Loved Me 6. Skyfall 7. You Only Live Twice
there is no "best bond" all of them are different... is like saying "chocolate is better than stake" no... it isnt... both of them are completly different foods...
@@jakealter5504 i myself cannot choose a favorite... because for me they are all different in their own ways... i even wrote a gigantic text saying how each bond is unic and awsome in their own ways XD
There’s just so many good bond movies that it’s hard to make a worst to best list because all of them are so good. But the man with the golden gun is easily one of the better bond movies.
Tomorrow Never Dies - Best Bond film ever, it had the best balance overall between plot, bond swagger, Q gadgets, and action scenes, also great villain
Good top 4. Although I would put Casino 1, Goldfinger 2 and FRWL 3. I actually liked A View to a Kill, maybe it was because I saw it in the theater at 7 years old. Tomorrow Never Dies and Quantum of Solace are god awful.
I love OHMSS, I wish Lazenby could have gotten revenge in the sequel instead, he had an earnestness that the other Bonds didn't have. Also the stories around his casting as Bond are wild.
@@rhiannongreen2642 agreed. OHMSS is the most romantic and Diana Rigg was the best, most talented bond girl yet. Lazenby did well for an Australian male model.
Bro... I like Die Another Day, I havent seen all of them but so far it's my second favourite Brosnan film, I know that sounds dumb as about pls respect my hot take.
My list: 25: Die another day 24: On Her Majesty's Secret Service 23: Goldfinger 22: For your eyes only 21: Diamonds are forever 20: Thunderball 19: Casino royale 18: Goldeneye 17: Dr. No 16: Quantum of solace 15: You only live twice 14: Skyfall 13: No time to die 12: The living daylighst 11: Moonraker 10: Octopussy 9: The man with the golden gun 8: From russia with love 7: The world is not enough 6: A view to a kill 5: Tomorrow never dies 4: Live and let die 3: Licence to kill 2: Spectre 1: The spy who loved me
When you were young, and your heart was an open book.... You used to say, "Live and let live..." You know ya did, You know ya did, You know ya did But in this ever changing world in which we're livin ,,, Makes you give in and cry.... (bum bum bum)
While it's debatable which is the worst Bond film there is no debate whatsoever which one is the best Goldfinger had the best of everything. The best villain, the best henchman, the best Bond girl with the funniest name ever, the best opening theme, the best one liners including the classic exchange of "You expect me to talk?" "No! Mr Bond I expect you to die." It even has the best Bond theme song. Goldfinger is so good that other Bond films are still trying to top it.
My top five were: 1. Goldfinger. 2. Casino royal(2006). 3. Thunderball. 4. Skyfall. 5. Man with the goldengun Also Timothy Dalton was a criminally underrated bond, he was merely a rough and rugged bond before people were ready for it, very similar to Daniel Craig, I was very impressed by Timothy Dalton
Definitely agree....it is quite entertaining though cheesy by ripping off Star Wars space stuff and overdoing the comedy and quips. But with Richard Kiel as Jaws, I love it, because he the most badass James Bond villain and quite undestructible. He killed a shark with his bare hands...or maybe it was teeth.
What the fuck.... Her majesty's secret service was a fucking train wreck. Of course his delivery was wooden it wasn't his real voice, they had to dub. The action scenes were literally sped up because they were so bad, lanzbey couldn't act worth a shit because he was a model, the movie drag asses because the pacing is so fucking bad. It nearly killed the franchise and is widely considered Bond's worst movie. So actor who was so bad they had to dub his voice, acted so bad he couldn't even play bond, actions scenes so badly shot they had to speed the film up, a plot pacing universally decried so bad, music that was a pure rip off, no chemistry at all between the main actor and actresses (they hated each other) and james bond gets married MARRIED AND THEN THEY PROMPTLY KILL HER OFF. THIS IS CRAP GUYS. JUST PURE CRAP
Slam Jackson dude you hit the nail on the head. I think it's like the cool thing to say it was one of the best, just bc it's out of left field and one of the older ones that nobody talks about. It is easily at the bottom of the franchise to say otherwise means you're a total sheep. lazenby had one film for a reason, he sucked, bottom line.
Read a book sometimes, Slam. This bond-flick stays true to the source material, just like Dr. No and From Russia with Love. Only when you separate the movies from their source material does this movie fall a few places, but if you also count the gadgets, yes, you have a point. Did you know, for example, that Diana Rigg made it a point to eat garlic before each and every kissing scene with Lazenby? Personally, I don't like Bond as a camp character so, there's that. Daniel Craig has a reverse Star Trek problem in that his odd movies (1 & 3) are worthwhile, but he ranks third after Connery and Dalton in his personification.
I absolutely agree with your comment, but you gotta give Telly Savalas credit - his portrayal of Blofeld AND THAT ALONE, was what ultimately made the movie memorable!
Ranking James Bond movies is very tough. But I think Brosnan, Moore and Connery are my top 3 James Bond, since they reflected James Bond true identity, the looks, gadgets and suaveness.
Top 10: 1. Goldfinger 2. From Russia with love 3. The spy who loved me 4. Casino Royale 5. GoldenEye 6. Skyfall 7. Thunderball 8. The Living Daylights 9. Dr. No 10. For your eyes only Bottom 10: 24. Die another day 23. The man with the golden gun 22. Diamonds are forever 21. A view to a kill 20. Moonraker 19. The world is not enough 18. Live and let die 17. Quantum of solace 16. Tomorrow never dies 15. Octopussy Rest of the lot: 11. On Her Majesty's secret service 12. Licence to kill 13. You only live twice 14. Spectre
The Man with the Golden Gun does not deserve such a ranking to be fair. Other than an awful Bond girl, that movie was pretty good. The acting was decent as well as the plot and as usual Christopher Lee showed his ability to play an interesting villain.
You know in my opinion its also not the best Bond ranking you can do but each and every single one of us have different tastes and opinions. I‘m proud to say that Octopussy is my alltime favourite! No problem with that!
@@barthotuber6429 OctoPussy gets a bad rep and I dont get why. Good action, Moore as some great 1 liners and the villain Khan is one of the franchise best. In my top 5 easy.

This lis is confused and obviously put together by people who are not Bond fans. The half assed remake of Thunderball is better than the Living Daylights? Are you guys smoking crack?
well obviously they are just acting like they know what they are talking about, I mean at one point they say one of the films didnt exactly keep up with the source material... when movies like octopussy are absolutely nothing like the original story. and if source material is one of the basis for this list then Timothy Daltons bond movies should be much higher in general since his bond is the truest to the source material.
Gerry C ... The Spy Who Loved Me is a remake of You Only Live Twice(both directed by Lewis Gilbert) with the ending cribbed from the Diamonds are Forever script that they couldn't be arsed to film. Similarly... License to Kill used a lot of story elements from Live and Let Die that they didn't want to film and the same actor played Leiter!
_Suburban_ me too.. the list is well argued but some of the choices are off base. I do give props for rating the villains and "scenery" separate from the movie because both elements are important to a successful Bond outing. Nothing wrong with pointing out Herve Villechaise for being a better villain/henchman than most you will find in the series. Spy Who Loved Me should be rated higher.
saying that Monica Bellucci is a bond girl in Spectre tells me that this list is made by someone who hasn't watched the movies and just read plot overview somewhere and is now guessing
Eh, I still wanted more Brosnan Bond movies. Maybe it was just how I grew up knowing Bond, but he's always been my favorite Bond by far and the way they did him dirty when he wanted to do another movie or two, I can just never get on board with his replacement after that.
@@majorpwner241 he got to old and they had gotten the rights to casino royale back so they wanted to make that a movie and brosnan didn’t look young anymore
Couldn't agree with you more. Sadly looper is very unreliable when it comes to creating quality content. They either tell you what you already know or they show how little they know about the material they are supposed to be reviewing.
Pin my opinion Daniel Craig was worst choice of James Bond actor and confirms after watched 2 movies in half not even see until the end of each movie it was enough, but younger generations likes it
Yep, the movie might overload the campyness sometimes but 10 movies in celebrating your own series impact on popular culture by "reliving the greatest hits, but also upstaging as much as possible" was fine by me. It's a great Bond film, even if it simultaneously makes fun of the "traditional Bond plot and villain" while itself doing a great job of delivering the classic action we all love.
Do you guys hate Roger Moore or what? Putting Live and Let Die so low is insane. Same goes for Man With the Golden Gun. On another note, Goldeneye should be top 5 every time. It always gets overshadowed by the video game, but it's a great movie too. One of the most original villains thought up from a real piece of history, the best side characters, great commentary on post Soviet Russia and James Bond as a character... the list goes on.
Roger Moore was borderline effeminate! Worst Bond ever! Can't even watch the Bond films of the Eighties! Need another Sean Connery! Daniel Craig just doesn't hit the mark! Neither did ANY of them! Connery made you believe he was a killer! Dangerous.
Wasn't completely Moore's fault, in most things he is pretty good, but the campy, bullshit comedy approach was just that, bullshit. Just a bad time for Bond movies, but Moore also could have retained more control over his character portrayal.
THE SPY WHO LOVED ME and FOR YOUR EYES ONLY are vaguely salvageable action flicks, but otherwise the real virtue of Roger Moore's Bond films is that they made Mike Myers' movie career possible.
JRGProjects I have a problem with the semi-truck folding in half and doing a wheelie. If they hadn't included that bit I'd say it was perfect. Why did they have to include that bit??? They ruined perfection!!!
The Fibler Just watched that last night. I like everything about that movie, the music, the car, the characters. Too bad that lawsuit happened and Dalton couldn't have made a couple more movies.
It's hard for me to rank them overall. I prefer to rank my faves by actor... Sean Connery - Goldfinger George Lazenby - Not really a choice here Roger Moore - For Your Eyes Only Timothy Dalton - The Living Daylights (I love Licence to Kill just as much, so this one is tough... he's probably my favorite Bond) Pierce Brosnan - GoldenEye Daniel Craig - Casino Royale (I go back and forth between this, and Skyfall... love them both)
nice ... timothy dalton in my oppinion was the most realistic bond ... he didnt give 2 shits what people thought of him . a military guy through and through .
My Ranking Sean Connery: Goldfinger. George Lazenby: On Her Majesty’s Secret Service. (unsurprisingly). Roger Moore: Moonraker. Timothy Dalton: License to Kill. Pierce Brosnan: GoldenEye. Daniel Craig: Skyfall.
Is this list in order? Or is it just randomly naming all of the movies? He doesn't speak about them like they're actually getting better. I wholeheartedly disagree with this list and it seems like the speaker does too.
@J J yeah Im sorry but I don't see how the heck he is deciding this ranking, it seems like he has no knowledge of film at all and that he hates Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan. Plus he does this on most of his rankings were he is really biassed against something or someone and appears to not know what he is talking about but is trying to sound like he does
Yes, the list seems to suffer from clusters: a bunch of Moore movies in a row, a bunch of Craig movies in a row, etc. And, really, putting _all_ of the early Bonds at the top is a bit ridiculous.

Sean was the best Bond. He had to do it right for them to keep making movies. He has the most memorable voice as well.
I agree ! Sean Connery was the best James Bond !! We will miss him 😥 in the James Bond films!
The list this guy has compiled is completely worst.
@@cookiesontoast9981 That's the thing. You can tell by his scripted reads that he hasn't seen a single one of these movies.
Garbage. It's like they never watched a Bond film. Try Calvin Dyson instead.
Not the Garbage that you would think when it comes to Bond
they probably just looked at rankings
What a bizarre list. The narrator claims NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN is better than THUNDERBALL - then gives THUNDERBALL a higher ranking. He also says GOLDENEYE is the best Bond film ever - as he lists it at number seven on the list!
yeah it's just a lazy stupid list in a random order to make people argue about it.
The man with the golden gun is one of my favourite Bonds. Don’t know why it’s raked so badly here
At the very least, it's a guilty pleasure for me. I love J. W. Pepper's participation and Roger Moore calling him "Boy."
i have a theory that this list was made by a feminist who did not like the bondgirl from ggolden gun :v
I Love so much ''The man with the golden gun''
Because whomever put this list together is clinically insane. It's the only reason I can think of.
Goldfinger is my favorite Bond film. Thank you.
"Le Chiffre" and not "Le Chriffe"
I don't think the narrator has ever seen a Bond movie in his life
@@briantravelman same. When he said Le Chiffre wrong after I've read the book Casino Royale,I kinda got mad. Looper really ruined what a listing is.

Same
I feel exactly the same
There’s only one thing I’ve learnt: It’s simply a matter of opinion. Your opinion. ;)
Yeh
The best thing of Die Another Day is the opening sequence, which anticipates the turn of the screw made by the franchise later with Craig.
Curious what you mean.
My favourite bond movie is licence to kill. Bond should be violent. Great movie

Totally agree. It has the essence of Bond.
the king Dalton should have at least done A View To A Kill

Roger Moore was my favourite Bond, Connery was great and Craig is brilliant. The only good thing about this list is that it gets a reaction from people who actually know their Bond movies.
"Craig is brilliant"
Oh dear...
Lazenby > Craig
"I think he's trying to reenter Sir"!!!! Unforgettable Q's quote.
Well you forgot it, he actually says
I think he’s attempting reentry sir.
Why is Tomorrow Never Dies so low? Why is Quantum of Solace not at the bottom?
Tomorrow Never Dies is criminally underrated!
Yeah TND is actually one of my favorites. It's very relevant to real life too, with the media constantly starting shit for teh ratings.
Olga Kurylenko is enough to keep Quantum of Solace far from the bottom.
Quantum of Solace is probably the worst ever film about James Bond.
Whatever state you were in when writing this, I hope you're better now and can appreciate these movies
“Goldfinger” and “From Russia with Love” are my faves

The 2006 casino royal is the best bond movie yet and you know it.
1. goldeneye and license to kill are the best
Spot on
While it's debatable which is the worst Bond film there is no debate whatsoever which one is the best Goldfinger had the best of everything.
Come on man top three movies I’m my opinion are skyfall goldeneye and casino Royale
damn I'm sorta surprised to see a comment I %100 agree with
License to kill will always be my favorite
My top five were:
1. Goldfinger. 2. Casino royal(2006). 3. Thunderball. 4. Skyfall. 5. Man with the goldengun
Also Timothy Dalton was a criminally underrated bond, he was merely a rough and rugged bond before people were ready for it, very similar to Daniel Craig, I was very impressed by Timothy Dalton
I'm glad Daltons movies made it someway up the list. His version of bind usually gets unjustly discounted.
How Moonraker is not ranked last is beyond me. Worst Bond since the day it was released.
It was more a kids film I thought. I mean, the cool fighter space shuttles and the whole "JAWS! You Obey ME!" thing. It was kinda sillytime spy stuff.
Rewatchable movie despite it’s flaws. More rewatchable like say Die Another Day.
I absolutely agree with your comment, but you gotta give Telly Savalas credit - his portrayal of Blofeld AND THAT ALONE, was what ultimately made the movie memorable!
the plot was good but the action and the bond dude was so bad..i forgive it becuase i like the bond girl in that movie :)
"This wouldn't happen to the other guy..." Hahaha
Ranking James Bond movies is very tough. But I think Brosnan, Moore and Connery are my top 3 James Bond, since they reflected James Bond true identity, the looks, gadgets and suaveness.
Casino Royale 2006 Is my personal favourite

The Man with the Golden Gun does not deserve such a ranking to be fair. Other than an awful Bond girl, that movie was pretty good. The acting was decent as well as the plot and as usual Christopher Lee showed his ability to play an interesting villain.

No shit. The script was written by the same guy who brought us 1980's Flash Gordon, and the Batman movie with Adam West. Not exactly spy thrillers...
well obviously they are just acting like they know what they are talking about, I mean at one point they say one of the films didnt exactly keep up with the source material... when movies like octopussy are absolutely nothing like the original story. and if source material is one of the basis for this list then Timothy Daltons bond movies should be much higher in general since his bond is the truest to the source material.
Living Daylights is one of the best
@Catharsis let it go mate. These people have never seen a bond movie in their life if they think she didn't get enough screen time.
Daniel Craig was a brilliant choice to play Bond, enjoyed all of his appearances. As for the list here, I think it's poorly vetted.
Agree, he has all Bond faces actor, best mr daniel play for 2 squel more
Pin my opinion Daniel Craig was worst choice of James Bond actor and confirms after watched 2 movies in half not even see until the end of each movie it was enough, but younger generations likes it
I can’t believe he put Never Say Never Again higher than Diamonds Are Forever
Ikr
I can’t believe Diamonds are Forever isn’t at the beginning of this... I’m half way through this video and it’s not mentioned yet!?!?
Die another day should be WAY lower. Same with Spectre
Exactly
Dude, NSNA is so much better than DAF on every level.
“Even though it isn’t a great Bond movie...” that is no way to start a review for The Spy who Loved Me.
Gene ryan u are right
TSWLM is definitely one of the best bond films.
Especially since the opening stunt scene is just too badass !
Exactly
All those feathers and he still can't fly
Really? Die Another Day is better than Tomorrow Never Dies and The World Is Not Enough? Sorry, buuuuuuut NO!
They were all about the same level of entertainment, in my opinion. I do think they all should have been a bit higher on the list, though.
I agree man, this list is trash
I know right, I laughed so hard at that, terrible list
The list is just a matter of someone's opinion - however, it differs hugely from mine ;)
Timothy Walsh
Exactly. I expected someone to write that comment.
Dangerous.
'Live and Let Die' is my favourite ever Bond movie.
Live and let die was the best Roger Moore Bond movie, but that’s not saying much.
jerry2357 The boat chase was incredible! Other than that, it was very flat.
Roger's movies sadly haven't aged well, way too campy
Your lack of respect for roger Moore is disturbing
Only him fighting Jaws is worth watching. Everything is as bad as Pierce movies
For your eyes only is one of the best bond films. It really is crafted well
Wasn't completely Moore's fault, in most things he is pretty good, but the campy, bullshit comedy approach was just that, bullshit.
It's Sir Roger Moore.
Rip Connery. Goldfinger is by far my favourite.
From Russia with Love and Goldfinger are my favorite Connery Bond films.
Without a doubt!
license to kill is the most underrated bond film
under rated Bond girl Carey Lowell
JRGProjects I have a problem with the semi-truck folding in half and doing a wheelie. If they hadn't included that bit I'd say it was perfect. Why did they have to include that bit??? They ruined perfection!!!
The Fibler Just watched that last night. I like everything about that movie, the music, the car, the characters. Too bad that lawsuit happened and Dalton couldn't have made a couple more movies.
Yup. It's my favourite one!
My fave Bond movie.I like Craig AS James bond
Ah yes, one of my favorite bond villains, le shreef.
Absolute garbage ranking. Please don’t try again.
You mean *le Chiffre (the Cipher).
@@jeffwells1255 I think he is making fun of the *awful* pronunciation of the video :P
Le chifre, the ball fondler😂
Yeah this list sucked
The speaker didn't speak well, bla bla bla bla bla bla ............................... not good
It's hard for me to rank them overall. I prefer to rank my faves by actor...
Sean Connery - Goldfinger
George Lazenby - Not really a choice here
Roger Moore - For Your Eyes Only
Timothy Dalton - The Living Daylights (I love Licence to Kill just as much, so this one is tough... he's probably my favorite Bond)
Pierce Brosnan - GoldenEye
Daniel Craig - Casino Royale (I go back and forth between this, and Skyfall... love them both)
What!? The spy who loved me is everything Bond stands for. For your eyes only lacks a real villain.
nice ... timothy dalton in my oppinion was the most realistic bond ... he didnt give 2 shits what people thought of him . a military guy through and through .
@@slcontent9465 I agree. To me he is the closest to the Bond in the Fleming novels
My Ranking
Sean Connery: Goldfinger.
Yeah I feel like they didn't really watch the films as Bond fans just as a bunch of ignorant UA-camrs
@J J sorry we have to agree to disagree
@J J yeah Im sorry but I don't see how the heck he is deciding this ranking, it seems like he has no knowledge of film at all and that he hates Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan. Plus he does this on most of his rankings were he is really biassed against something or someone and appears to not know what he is talking about but is trying to sound like he does
Somewhere in my mind I remember this video having a different name.
Yes, the list seems to suffer from clusters: a bunch of Moore movies in a row, a bunch of Craig movies in a row, etc. And, really, putting _all_ of the early Bonds at the top is a bit ridiculous.
