Really happy to see this bike available in India. We would need the 2022 model with the 17" Wheels, more friendlier seat height and steeper rake. Having said that, most of the superbikes and big twins don't belong in India with our pathetic roads and loose nails and puncture weapons all around.
Interesting. But I am not sure Indians would go for a 15-lac bike when they could go for a 10-lac car. I hope Indian establishes a subsidiary in India and makes low-capacity bikes starting from 300 cc. Cornering ability depends on your skill and technique. The turning radius and tire girth don't matter much. I have observed that even seasoned bikers don't learn cornering as a skill. I suggest finding a curvy road nearby and practicing on it early in the morning when the traffic is low. You could even corner on a fat Harley if you have the skill. I had the same issue with my Husqvarna 250. It is a tall bike and has a long turning radius. I watched a few youtube videos about cornering and started practicing. Now I believe I have improved as I take sharp turns confidently. I am still practicing. Keeping this in mind, FTR sounds amazing. For now, the price will be the only issue for us.
well there are many people who can afford a 22 lacs bike, i think this bike is aimed at a segment of people who already have a 80lacs-1.5cr car/cars, not for people who would have to choose between a car or a bike
