Did the violinist sight read this on the spot? That would be the only explanation for his 'performance'... calling it an interpretation would be too much honor, not a good ambassador for this rather nice unknown composition.

Nice composition, although there was much gritting and gnashing of teeth in light of the soloist's performance. Yikes.

Shame about the awful soloist - should never have been published.
