In today’s episode of American Titan, we explore the spectacular story of America’s most prolific banker - a man so powerful that when he died, the NYSE paused all trading for half a day out of respect.

Little did you know he got in a sue
This. Is. Incredible. Impeccable job mate!
I just wrote a comment mentioning your channel only to find you here😭😭
Hey I just came from your post
Thanks for sharing the link
I agree mate, I agree. Also love your channel BTW.
I think your video on the global financial system is a good follow up to this...which I'm watching next.
No one yet had pointed out the graphics editing work to make all these old pictures 3D. Excellent work!
Thank you!
@@BusinessCasual Bros where are your videos? I've missed them. Are you guys all okay?
I was thinking of the same !! The graphics has been outstanding!
Thinking same
They did an Amazing stuning Job.........the entire 40mins felt like 4 mins what an awesome documentary.....
The old pictures and the motion sequence was perfect enough to port us to Mr.JP's era and it has made the documentary more authentic and the best it could be.
This man wielded a terrifying amount of power and influence with a mostly soft touch. Maybe he learned from what he saw were Napoleon's later mistakes.
It wasn't all that soft of a touch. House of Morgan is a good book to read.
This channel and Economics Explained are a blessing to me😔😔
The quality is top notch and it's 40 minutes long😱😱😱
Qhawe Olothando 🔥🔥🔥
Yeah both explain topics in a way everybody understand.
Took me a minute to realise the images were actually 3D compositions of multiple layers. Amazing content, BC!
Guilherme Moresco hey man! Was wondering how he did that too, any chance you could explain it in a little more detail for me?

That's the standard on BC, has been since long ago.
exariva awesome! I think it really adds to the flow of the video and makes me curious to see how I can utilize it in future presentations!
Does anyone has a tutorial ???
I’ve been longing to see a quality documentary of J.P Morgan. 40 minutes felt like 15 minutes. Well done.
I was going through my subscriptions, and was like "oh ya I wonder why I haven't seen a business casual video in awhile". I hope everything is okay. I am still staying subscribed until you return my dude
He's got another channel (named "Economics Explained) which he's active on. Might've dumped this effort.

Are you making a joke based on how frequently he comments on that channel or are they actually apart of the same team?
@@hithesh7665 they both live in different parts of the world.

J.P Morgan illustrates that no matter the barriers or challenges you can triumph and persevere in whatever you do. You can only fail at something if you never give it a try. I enjoyed the video and thanks for sharing.
BC video for 40 minutes is like becoming a financial wizard within an hour...such a quality content after a long time ..and worth for it's time.. great
i thought this video is similiar like the CNBC documentary on jp morgan, but I was wrong,

I stay engaged while watching Business Casual's videos as much as I stay engaged while watching A-list hollywood movies! Tremendous!
I never watch more than 10 mins youtube videos. Longforms are for netflix docs in my mind if that makes sense. This is my first uninterrupted 40 mins, never had such a an undivided attention for a content on youtube. It is a GREAT story and storytelling. Mind blowing. Instantly subscribed.
Wow cant believe 40min just flew past so quickly. Very well put together video. Informative and left out all the "He was an Evil billionaire" narrative. Just pure facts about a legendary businessman.
Netflix, here's your next story teller.
they should really do a docuseries like history channel but in netflix about these people like : Vanderbilt, Carnegie, Rockefeller and Morgan

You forgot to mention that most of the time, the only reason why those banks in the past suffered so many threats of bank runs, was because the fractional reserve practice was widespread. This means that the banks usually lent more money than they actually had in reserves, essentially creating more money out of thin air and expanding the monetary base. Now in a free market, the fractional reserve practice would be a fraud, but today is not only legalized but still widespread, the difference is that this is now monopolized by Central Banks. You don't need Central Banks, only fraudulent bankers need a Central Bank or Government, to pay their bills.
and the tax payers bail them out everytime
Most sheep have no conception of this notion.
Zackky
Without fractional reserves you have no lending/credit market and thus no growth. Bubbles happen but we've seen widespread economic and technological growth as a result. This is more worthwhile than the conspiracy theory you imply.

Thank you so much to all of you for providing this thing in video
This is amazing. Character is a serious thing. They say 40million but if you converted all his assets to $$ that figure would be enormous. Its his impact that he had on industries and on the country as a whole thats impressive. He was truthful, brutally honest...thats what a lot of them could not take about him. But even today, being honest and truthful would make you be hated. Excellent documentary
Ppl don’t like the truth but constantly ask for it funny huh

“All things are difficult before they are easy.”
Never felt 40 minutes that fast before, really interesting video.
Great work.
Dope doc. Never knew of JP Morgan’s story. It’s fascinating how he bailed out the country twice.
He also caused huge losses in the stock market by subterfuge, which resulted in the great depression just so he could buy cheap stock, like what's going on now.
He believes his the best of the game
He was a fraud and stopped us from free energy all so he could get richer!!
@@jacobylujan4 Free energy??? It wouldn't be free. It would dent your pockets because the funds used when you pay for energy goes to maintaining and building newer sources of power.
Yeah cause the him and the other bankers were the ones that manipulated the bankcruocy of America in the first place. BOTH TIMES. knowing they would be the only ones that could save America, with their final goal being to get rid of our operation of an honest money system and have the federal reserve control all currency and basically lending every dollar with debt attached to it, with insane interest rates, meaning America would be paying of the debt forever and it would be an endless cycle of loaning and paying back , that’s when social security numbers and the irs were created and every American citizen became collateral and majority of the taxes we pay go towards paying back the federal reserve , which is privately owned by the bankers not the government. It was all a calculated plan for them to control America and its economy. Don’t know why he’s portraying this guy and the bankers to be martyrs for our country, there the ones that destroyed it and continue to destroy it til this day 😂😂🤦🏻♀️💯💯💯
And this brings tears of joy every single time .
It's insane I watched such professionally well made video for free. Great job mate
Everyone after watching this video:
Wow J.P. Morgan was a legend
Everyone after watching the George Westinghouse video:
Can't believe he had The New York Times launch a smear campaign and used financial pressure during the panic of 1907 to force George Westinghouse's company into receivership then fired him from his own company, what a terrible thing to do to such a great and kind guy like George Westinghouse.
(Side not: We all owe George Westinghouse for popularising alternating current over DC and helping introduce the 2 day weekend)
The 2 day weekend was done by Henry Ford
RT: "I'll steal it, no one will ever know"!
"Morgan offered a syndicate of Us and European investors who could work together to invest gold back into the government's coffers. Using an outdated loophole from an earlier civil war law, Morgan demonstrated how the treasury could buy gold from Morgan's private syndicate, building up their dwindling reserves and plugging the leak. More importantly, the loophole enabled the president's administration to bypass congress, a convenient way for Cleveland to make an immediate decision."

Big brain moments
Stayed in and studied the game and greatness like his homework
In the time of unchained money printing, let us remember this J.P. Morgan's quote:
“Gold is money. Everything else is credit.”
Good thing that's only an opinion.
What a presentation loved every second of it.
The back story of his relationship with his family and the loss of someone he loved provides an interesting insight into the true wealth missing from his life.

I have been trading offshore. I'm yet to make my first $5000, any recommendable expert to trade with?
Rather get an expert to trade with giving you the required mentorship for a successful profit outcome.

But I learnt the hard way, blowing over $3,000 account side trading with no mentor or expert
I am new to trading and my presumptions is that I will be needing an expert as you would lose all your capital and you drop off the market
