Check all cabling is in the correct connectors/plugs. If still no luck then you may have to contact the supplier you purchased from to find what your next step is.
I'm have a similar issue. It DOES make a sound, but it's so quiet you can even hear it? What I mean is the hi hat splash, when you just hit the hih hat pedal without touching de hi hat at all. You can barely hear it!
Mine too. I put some old weights that I had laying around in from of it which then is braced by the wall in front. It is an issue; I totally agree. Not a deal-breaker however.
私はばかです I’ve noticed that the rubber things on the bottom of the pedal are made to stop the pedal from moving, and when dust or anything sticks to it it loses its grip and starts sliding while you play
Esse pedal serve no octapad sp30. ?
Can I reprogram the hi hat pedal to a kick? I need double bass but can't afford the kick trigger
I don't believe so.

Could I use a splitter to get these to do double bass?

Help!!! I recently ordered a Roland TD1k but when I push the high hat it does not make a sound. Any suggestions?

There is no sound when kicking the hi-hat pedal on this model, the hi-hat pedal is only used to control the hi-hat cymbal sound

@@pablowasserman I had the same problem. You can adjust the sensitivity level of the hi-hat and make it louder.
I did it and it's much better now.
@@pablowasserman I had the same problem, try cleaning the rubber part inside hi-hat pedal & apply new petroleum jelly, works like new now
thanks
