i was thinking the same thing! i couldn’t really decipher the meaning behind the MV that well although it was put together amazingly and looks really good (but it’s chungha of course the mv is good)
In my personal view of the mv, i would say that tell us a story. Demonstrating about a relationship going from the start to the end of it. But obviously, it's not a healthy relationship. I think we all can have a different interpretation of the mv, this is just my opinion. So, during the mv we see a Chungha inside of this relationship, where she passes throught all of this accidents and so much destruction but still going further, trying to make the relationship work out. She's going and going trying to make it work but all she can see is destruction. You can see that close to the end the mv gains color and Chungha takes herself in the palm of her hand. The explosion i would say that represents the final point of the relationship, when all came down at once and she felt like she couldn't do anything. But there's a light in this explosion, and this light it's what makes Chungha see how much that relationship was wrong. When she gets herself in her hands she sees her old self, meaning that even tho you were stuck for long in this mindset (probably that she couldn't leave the relationship) you can still go and get out of it. It's difficult but you can do it, you can leave the past behind u. And you can see she starting to walk away from it, leaving her old self behind, and leaving all that mess behind too She say this when the explosion and when the light/flash appears: "With sharpened knife, I cut away the scars of you thay followed me like a ghost, filled up with new flash like nothing ever happened".

When X came out and I listen to it for first time I get nostalgia and start crying, cause if you listen and see the music video both give the feeling and the vibe of remember everything that happend in your life and the things that you are waiting to happend and make you like a review of all the way and every time I listen to it again I cry and is just perfect to reconfort myself
