I got a 69.25 diamond and a 53lb diamond i believe it was. 42 gold all but 1 a common carp so far on spain

Can catch them with pretty much everything but sizes 0/2 and 0/3 are for golds+, both work well to catch big ones

Hook size doesn’t matter I caught a diamond small mouth the first hour I played I had no clue what I was doing and caught it with size 10 hook size

Smaller bronze or silver rank fish are incapable of biting big hooks because they're too small. But a bigger fish of the same kind that is gold or diamond is capable of biting both big and small sized hooks. This would mean that big fish can bite its biggest accepted sized hook, all the way down to the minimum size hooks (bronze or silver) that that particular type of fish is capable of biting. Right? 😅
