Bro just go to settings and then region and set it to India ur language problem will be solved and about the mouse, open mouse settings and increase the mouse pointer speed if still not solved then go to next option in the right it's name is pointer option and increase it (the window which had "enhance pointer precision") and if u want to completely uninstall regedit just go to the folders of it and delete the sensibility folder frm all i used it and it's accuracy is next level and it reduces recoil aslo 👍
