Guys, please dont complain about 2ne1's japanese songs. Even if they arent as good as the korean ones, atleast 2ne1 and YG are making an effort to branch off into japan. Lets be supportive of them, not critiszicng. And if you cant appreciate their japanese songs, keep your complaints to yourself and go watch their korean mv.

Oh my God, I just hope that someday they will stop directly translating the songs into Japanese. It would rather be better if they just write a new song instead of trying to make the exact sounding and rhythm with Japanese. like 50% of the lyrics in this version of the song doesn't even make sense. it is so wrong in so many ways. grammatically and what not. my Japanese friends get so pissed when they hear this. and I am not even Japanese and my Japanese skill isn't that great either but this song gives me goose bumps! and this is not the first time when K-pop song sounds so weird when translated into Japanese.
Yeah, for the people who speak Japanese it is a bit frustrating to listen to, but it sounds just as beautiful as in Korean if you look past the hard task of translating.

Why complain? It is still an amazing song and sounds great. And YG doesn't always translate the lyrics. IATB had completely different lyrics from the original.
The translation of the geuriwohaeyo part is really the only part that's not sitting well with me...

Oh man this hit me right in the feels! The Korean version spoke to my feelings even when I don't understand Korean, because this song is just that good. But in Japanese, that I have a pretty good basic understanding of, the lyrics just hit me like daggers. This song is so powerful! Love it!

probably because the music and the tempo is set to be compatible to the korean version, so when you kinda translate it, it sounds bad.
all their japanese versions seem to sound more auto-tuned... still, it's interesting to hear it in a different language! they sound cute singing in japanese
