- Add two teaspoons chia seed in 125 ml milk.( milk may be normal/ low fat/ zerofat/ almond milk any kind. Mix some fruits like banana, mango, dates, strawberries & other kind of berries, some raisins, nut & some honey. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight or atleast 2 hrs. Enjoy your meal.♥️
